I was assigned Hi Tech through my AHS home warranty for a water heater issue and was worried it would be a waste of time like most AHS claims are. I was very pleasantly surprised. Sam was awesome. He came out in a timely fashion, and diagnosed the problem. He had to order a replacement part and followed up with me to reschedule after it arrived. He came out the following day to finish the repair and all is in working order once again. Thanks, Sam!
