I was introduced to this company through my Home Warranty company. Sam Radjabov picked up parts for my Bradford White to repair the water heater back in May of 2024. The water heater pilot had been turning off by itself despite it being installed less than a year ago. The same problem persisted after one month of his installation, but Sam Radjabov refused to come out to trouble shoot with Bradford White Tech support on the basis that he will say, 'yes' to their every question and it is a waste of his time if he doesn't have new parts. Today, through another plumber, I found that although he picked up the parts, he only changed on component. Do not trust this guy. He is clueless or a crook or both.

Sam and his crew are simply first rate. We just switched from American Home Shield to Liberty Home Guard, and this is our first claim. I made the call on Sunday, the day before Memorial Day. Hi Tech had a technician at our house at 9:00 a.m. the day after the Holiday. The guy did the usual appraisal, they got immediate approval from the insurance company, and Sam himself showed up an hour later. It was a difficult snake of a pipe that hadn't been cleaned in years, requiring patience and finesse, and he aced it. Normally we didn't take AHS's vendor assignments, insisting on choosing our own using Yelp. I decided to see what LHG came up with. If Hi Tech Plumbing is indicative of the vendors we can expect from them, this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
