We had High Tech come out to fix a broken water shut off valve at our home. Sam showed up within the time frame he said he would and got straight to work. He was able to fix it in less than 20 minutes and it works beautifully. We're pleased with the work. This company was hired via our home warranty company so we were referred to them. Thank you!

I was introduced to this company through my Home Warranty company. Sam Radjabov picked up parts for my Bradford White to repair the water heater back in May of 2024. The water heater pilot had been turning off by itself despite it being installed less than a year ago. The same problem persisted after one month of his installation, but Sam Radjabov refused to come out to trouble shoot with Bradford White Tech support on the basis that he will say, 'yes' to their every question and it is a waste of his time if he doesn't have new parts. Today, through another plumber, I found that although he picked up the parts, he only changed on component. Do not trust this guy. He is clueless or a crook or both.
