No show and no call. Called several times and no one answered day of my appointment. Hired through my home warranty so I have to go with them and it's Saturday so not much I can do.

My window of service was 9-12 they arrived at 6pm as there was confusion about my appointment since they didn't have me in their schedule that day. They arrive and he is really upset and flustered saying the last job was long and hard. I'm grateful they can come cause water is backed up in my kitchen sink. He works for about 10 minutes to try and clear it and then says he needs to install a clean out and it's not covered by insurance it's $400. I ask if that is normal not to have a clean out and if he is sure there is not one present, he says he is sure. A quick search and the internet says it's code and each residence has to have a clean out. I am able to locate it outside and he uses that and clears it. Service is covered and I saved $400 by just doing my own research and looking around. After they finished I went to check if they needed anything else and they were driving away. I think he might has been sad he didn't make that extra $$$ off of me.

There are certain things we cant ignore in life, one of them is leaks, specially when they are in your ceiling, our ceiling started bubbling, it was soft to touch and that's a clear sign of moisture and most likely a leak. We had hi-tech plumbing come out, through our home warranty, Our technician Husen was responsive and knowledgeable, he inspected the problem, asses the situation and found the problem, the master bathroom toilet wasn't set properly from the remodel and it was leaking to the first floor. The contractor who changed our flooring didnt place the toilets properly, they were unsecured and badly placed. Sam came to the rescue and change the necessary elements and leveled the toilets. A job well done

My contractor corroborated the leak but not coming from the pipes, he cleaned cleared and patched the damaged area. He is another super star.
