This company is the worst company I've used to date. I wish I had seen these bad reviews before my husband started using them. We called them 3 weeks ago as the bath water in our master bedroom was not constantly hot, it would get tepid for a few seconds and then go back to hot again. They came and said they needed to do a system maintenance, after he did that he realised it made no difference so said we needed to order a new bypass valve that would come in a few days, then he left and that evening when wanting to take a shower there was basically no more hot water at all. The next day the same technician came back and put back the system as it was realising he had made a mistake, no apologies whatsoever. Then finally 3 weeks later they came to install the bypass valve, the same technician which from the beginning seems completely clueless as to what he is supposed to do. They left and now the heater is causing an electrical issue by tripping the fuse. Every single time they have come they have made our situation worse, charged us nearly $700 and we are now dealing with more issues than when we started. Stay away from this company.

This is the first review I have even give a company but I wanted to share my experience. Hi-Tech advertises same day service. Instead they sent an HVAC salesman for a plumbing repair. The person quoted $662.92 to replace our Washing machine shut off valve box. Plus if we signed up for their """"Protection Plan"""" of $199 more we would get 15% off all future services. The total was now $861.92. When I question the cost to install the salesman asked if I could do it myself, I said I could but didn't want to spend my time off doing it. He also said it's not like we just go to a big box store, we buy quality parts. Turns out they do just go to big box stores as proven by their own GPS system they used to defend my complaint. I got two additional quotes in the following week to include in my dispute, both were less the $450 for the job instead of the $861 I paid. I would not recommend Hi-Tech Plumbing to anyone and encourage you to read their reviews, not just mine...

Horrible time with this company. Called and called after my mention of wanting the halo unit, the kid who put it in didnt know what he was doing obviously. Fast forward months later and another company tells me they didnt even install it correctly. I call and the girl who answers the phones Jennifer dodges my call. I figure my husband can just take it all out because I dont want the headache of them coming back in here and messing even more of our system up. Really bad company, they just wanted the sale.

Where is my mother's reimbursement of $87. VP fails to return calls and emails. Unprofessional company. Caused damaged to an ac unit while installing an overpriced hot water heater. Run!!!

I hired this company for a commercial plumbing repair. It was expensive, but they seemed sure how to fix it. They were wrong and it got more expensive. They wasted time and continuously demanded immediate payment for a bunch of unreliable worthless guess work. They put a lot of stock in their expertise to justify their egregious pricing, but it's not justified. Read the fine print- very one-sided quote/contract.

Contacted several AC repairmen to fix AC unit prior to working with this company without much luck. High Tech Plumbing and Air were able to detect the leak which was in the inside unit. The tech called in front of me directly to the supplier and was thorough and explained the issues identified and how to best correct it. High-Tech worked quickly to retrieve the AC unit which is in shortage from supplier warehouse and sent their professional AC technician to our home the following day. They were able to replace our inside and outside AC unit and our tenants are happy this Summer thanks to Hi-Tech Plumbing and Air. Definitely recommend it to use them for your needs.

The only thing that was good was they came promptly and the technician knew what he was doing. Now the negatives. They charged more than two and a half times the permit fee. This is excessive. The actual permit cost was $106.60 and was applied for on the internet so no leg work was involved and charged me $275. I went on the county website and could see all this info. The job was done on November 8th and they received the permit on November 22nd. I am still waiting for them to give me the permit and schedule the inspection. I paid extra for a 6 year warranty. We will see how that goes. They were supposed to give us a 10% military discount but only gave us $50 off. ( I noticed this on their website after the fact and they say their accounting department is reviewing but still no answer). They seem expensive and take advantage that you need work done immediately. I have called and texted several times to get everything closed out. My opinion I wouldn't use them again.

Good technicians that know how to install and repair. However prices are deceptive. They insist you pay a few hundred for a membership and tell you that you will get 15% off. So the membership nearly pays for itself you think. Then they give you an invoice that has a combined price which they tell you is net of the discount. There is no breakout of parts and labor and no breakout of the discount. It is overpriced and anything but transparent.

Hi tech fixed the valve under my sink and in the process, broke the supply hose. I discovered the new leak soon after they left, but they were already closed for the evening. When they came back the next day, they treated it as a whole new job, and gave me a choice of either paying for the new repair or paying a show up fee. Feeling like I was over a barrel, I had them repair it, bringing the original, $189 repair to a grand total of over $400. I complained, first by phone and then by email. They finally responded after many additional calls from me, a full month later. They compared the job to a jenga puzzle. Even my grandkids know that if you topple the jenga blocks, you lose....not the owner of the blocks. I've gotten opinions from other plumbers who told me the price and the service were both outrageously bad.

Verdict. Despite seeming professional, they will rob you blind if you're not careful. Full review. I had some last-minute emergency plumbing issues, and these are the only people who would schedule appointment with me same day. The fact that it had a Google verified sticker, made me feel like this was a professional company. When I called I was told there would be an $85 fee I would be charged regardless if work was done or not, and If I agreed to the work that would be credited towards the job. The plumber came at the very start of his allotted time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He let me know that I would need to flow valve replacement for both of my toilets. . On Amazon a full kit will set you back $10. I understand I do not have his part and there would be some sort of up charge. So is life. He left the apartment to go check to see if he has parts and to write up an estimate. After waiting about 15 minutes, our rep emerged from his van and was ready to give us his quote. Before he would let us know the price he tried to sell us a $900 service plan. I said NO. He then showed me his estimate for the job. $700. To perform less than 1 hour of work with parts totaling $20. I asked if I could go run and get the parts what was the hourly rate. He let me know that would not be possible. I paid their $85 sucker fee and asked them to leave immediately. Google should be ashamed to give this company any accreditation. Do not use this company. They may seem professional, but they are just crooks trying to take advantage of consumers. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
