I have a water tank and pressure pump that provides water to my house. When it's not working, I have no water. One of the valves to the pressure tank sprung a leak and I had to turn off the water. I called Hi Desert Plumbing about 4:30 pm and they got right back to me within about 10 minutes. They had an opening the next day and put me on the schedule. They were on time and sent texts to me when they were on their way. Victor and Ruben did an excellent job! Since the pump was about 20 years old some of the parts were not available and they were able to come up with parts that would work. My water system works great now!
I would highly recommend this company: excellent response time, excellent communication, reliable, and excellent work. Everyone was a pleasure to work with!

I dont recommend these folks if you want anything actually fixed. They charged me $200 dollars to come out and didnt fix anything.

Called this company to follow up on water heater having been labeled unfixable by another incompetent plumbing company..this after new elements were installed. Turns out the first plumber didn't know that the elements turn on sequentially (!). Found Hi-Desert competent,professional and fairly priced (high five to Galen)!

I had a toilet overflow last night due to a small wash cloth going down the drain. I didn't know who to call so looked up local plumbers and these guys had five stars, so figured I had to try them.
The guy was already in my neighborhood and came right over (5 minutes), came in and used his auger and was done, and his price was half of what I expected. These guys are my new plumbers. So nice and respectful!!!

This Marine Veteran local plumber is the company you want for your plumbing needs. We highly recommend them! They immediately came to our home to replace a hot water heater when another plumber strung us along and the bailed on us. No messing around or delays. They had all the parts they needed on the truck. We discovered our old water pressure regulator needed replacing too. They had that on the truck too. Hank and Joey deserve an A++ rating. Prompt, thorough and cleaned up everything and took it with them. Very reasonable pricing.
