David and Nick fixed my bathtub faucet that had been leaking for a while and they did an excellent job! I'm no longer losing all of my hot water to a leaky bottom faucet therefore I get to take longer, warmer showers so I'm very happy. They were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They also wore shoe covers in the house which I really appreciated. Definitely great service! :)

We called Hi-Desert to fix a leaking water valve feeding the toilet at our place outside Pioneertown. They were able to come same day which was a huge help, and the technician David was friendly, helpful and communicated everything well. The price was reasonable and included a walk through of the house to check on other possible issues. Definitely recommend them.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Henry of Hi-Desert Plumbing. I was glad to be able to see him in order to rave about how fine his crew is. Ruben, both Victors, Nicola, and David have all taken turns helping me with the installation of an on-demand tankless water heater at my home. Every one of them provided phenomenal service. They are all simply amazing. Henry takes pride in the excellent work they do, and I appreciate their knowledge, skills, and demeanor. Alynna runs things beautifully from the office and has been extremely helpful and gracious both in person and by text messaging. I truly look forward to hiring Hi-Desert to do more installations at my home and recommend them and their annual elite program.

Henry & crew are stellar. They did my ADU and also handled some tricky pre-construction and post-construction issues that cropped up (snaking a camera to find the clean-out and re-piping a gas line that got damaged) and didn't rest until they found a creative, workable solution. They're not cheap but I believe they are about market rate for the area. Would certainly use them again.

They came out to look at a broken PVC 1"" line attached to my water meter. The hole was already dug and one end of the pipe had a union that easily connects to my meter. They quoted $800 to do a repair that took the final plumber 1/2 an hour (me) plus a wait time for the glue to dry of 1 hour. They also offered to replace the pressure regulator which was attached to the broken pipe and the gate valve which was also attached for a whopping $2,200. Neither one of those items were broken. Replacing those two items would take an additional 20 minutes perhaps. Lets just say they replaced everything and it took 4 hours. That would equate to $550 dollars an hour. This was a definate attempt at extortion. It is greed, full on greed. It was such a simple job, that I actually went to home depot, spent $12.00 and repaired it myself. This company is shameless! When I sent them on their way, the owner called and try to tell my why his price was so high. Its because he drug tests and background checks his employees. Absolutely ridiculous! Beware, call around, and watch out for scammers.

These guys were far and away THE BEST pumping service in the desert or anywhere I've lived!!! Henry was responsive and got a serviceman out quickly. Joey came out and was the most professional, respectful, and communicative service person we've ever had. He explained things clearly and was of the utmost help. He was reassuring, and I felt I could trust him with the work. We'll be using Hi-Desert Plumbing for all of our needs moving forward!!!!

Victor replaced my water heater and did an outstanding job even doing some extra work but not charging me since it wasn't included in the original estimate. Great quality and great service.

We are new, loyal customers to Hi-Desert Plumbing after a 5-star experience today. We had a wonderful plumber who recently retired so we were worried who to use when we suspected a water leak in our yard. I depend on customer reviews and this company had very positive ones. From the initial phone call, I was treated with respect and someone was able to come out later on the same day. The communication with regard to who was coming and what time was stellar. In fact, we got a call that a job ended earlier than expected so the worker could come to us even earlier. No surprises here but very clear communication which adds 10 stars if you ask me. The plumber, Nic, arrived shortly after. He was pleasant, professional and very efficient. The job was finished in less than 2 hours for what we found to be a very reasonable rate. We are so pleased to find such a solid company to turn to for our future plumbing needs. Don't hesitate to call Hi-Desert Plumbing! This kind of quality service is a rarity, especially around Yucca Valley. Thank you very much!
