Joe Harrell founded Harrell Mechanical on his 50th birthday, March 1, 1985. He subsequently teamed up with Rennie Fish, resulting in the establishment of Harrell-Fish Mechanical. After Fish's retirement, the company continued as Harrell-Fish Inc. Upon Harrell's retirement, Steve Dawson took on the role of president and became co-owner with Dave Mood and Brad Schlegel. In 2015, we welcomed David Conner, Michael Hupp, and Phil Livingston into the partnership. In 2015, we rebranded to HFI Mechanical & Building Solutions.
