I've used this company in the past (referred by my home warranty company) the service was good but days later I noticed the leak hadn't been fix. So my warranty company called them again to schedule an appointment. HS Plumbing ended up rescheduling/changing my appointment to a week day. They were supposed to arrive in the morning (3 hour window) and didn't arrive until 7pm! Throughout the day I HAD TO CALL them on numerous occasions to get an ETA. Every time I called, I was told the plumber will be there in an hour. Then an hour would pass, still no plumber and I would have to call back. They were apologetic but the plumbers were not. I had to to take off from work, only to spend the day waiting, when I could have gone to work. My time/day was completely monopolized by these people, nothing was fixed. The least they could've done was offer a discount/credit for a service.

I highly recommend Hers and His plumbing. They replaced my water heater for me. They were kind and respectful. They provided me with honest advice. I appreciated their honesty when they mentioned you can go this route, but you really don't need to, which saved me hundreds of dollars I don't need to spend at this moment. Also their pricing was fair for the work they do. I would request Hers and His plumbing the next time I have an issue! Thank you!

This company is a complete fraud!! They leave the job unfinished with the promise of returning, and then take your money and run. Then they started screening my calls and wouldn't answer the phone to discuss the matter with me. Absolute worst service I've ever had.

Stay away from this company!! I contacted my Home Warranty in regards to a leak. They sent out His and Hers Company. Let's say after the technician left my home, he had already referred me to another company for services of Mold Remediation. Little did the tech know I had already taken photos of the property and where the leak was possibly located. However, he submitted a report to me after requesting it several times stating that my house was covered in mold and he wasn't able to inspect the property, which was far from the truth so he referred the services out. Of course, after doing some research about both companies, it seems that they are receiving kickbacks for referrals. So, I went ahead and requested an inspector to come out and inspect the property, and what turned up was nothing but a leak. NOT MOLD ANYWHERE. Just a suggestion, research any company on the BBB or any reputable site before you schedule with them. It will save you a headache.

Technician (Lamont Holland) called upon arrival, and within window of scheduled time. He was very courteous and respectful, and asked me to show him the issue. I directed him towards the water meter and the leak. He immediately identified where the issue was and within an hour had the ruptured PVC line repaired with compression pipe. As tree roots were the cause of the pipe breakage, he even cut back to roots to prevent a recurrence. As this was a warranty repair from HomeServe, I do not know what the cost of repair would have been, but I know he worked diligently and honestly and I would trust Hers & His Plumbing to do any other work I may require. I know many people tend to accuse the messenger and want to give bad reviews when bad news comes their way. So, even if this had not been a warranty repair and cost me out of pocket, I would be pleased to recommend this company.

Worst customer service ever. I scheduled this appointment over a week ago. They were supposed to be here today between 2-4, they showed up at 12:15pm with only 15 minutes notice that they were coming early - and said they'd only wait 15 minutes. Even if I left work right then, I wouldn't have been home in 15 minutes. They proceeded to say they couldn't come back at the scheduled time because someone had to get their kids at 4pm. I asked again why then they couldn't come back at 2pm and they said because they can't make the plumber wait. It's not my fault you scheduled your time poorly - so yes, you should have made them wait. And since you don't work weekends, I now have to take off work again - and you better believe it won't be for an appointment with you.

A Hers and His plumber """"repaired"""" a leaking underground copper pipe in our front yard with a bunch of SharkBite elbow connectors. Fun Fact: SharkBite connectors are not supposed to be used underground. They are only supposed to be used inside the home/building! We found this out the hard way, when about a year after the """"repair"""", the SharkBites failed and created a geyser in our front lawn. It left a nice muddy, swampy mess for us to come home to after a long day of work. You know, that prime time of day when you're really just itching to do some heavy duty home repairs (that's sarcasm, btw). Don't use this company. They don't stand behind the work they do and the plumbers obviously don't know (or care?) what they're doing. This doesn't stop them from taking advantage of people who aren't experts in this field and can't readily identify whether the materials or methods they're using are correct. Their work is shoddy and expensive. We paid close to $800 for this bullhonky """"repair"""". And the only reason we used them is because our home warranty company sent them out... and then wouldn't cover it. Shame on us, right? Lesson learned!!!
