Horrible service! They tried to get me to finance having work completed because they said Homeserve wouldn't cover the job. They lied!

this place is just a call center do not use if you want a real licensed plumber.

Horrible service. Over 20min on hold just to talk to someone. The tech came and spent 60 seconds replacing the part that was already replaced before. I notified that this didn't help before, but he assured it will work this time. 15min later the problem is still there, obviously. Now they can't come back to fix it because they are booked. Save your money! Find a reputable plumber to work with.

A Hers and His plumber """"repaired"""" a leaking underground copper pipe in our front yard with a bunch of SharkBite elbow connectors. Fun Fact: SharkBite connectors are not supposed to be used underground. They are only supposed to be used inside the home/building! We found this out the hard way, when about a year after the """"repair"""", the SharkBites failed and created a geyser in our front lawn. It left a nice muddy, swampy mess for us to come home to after a long day of work. You know, that prime time of day when you're really just itching to do some heavy duty home repairs (that's sarcasm, btw). Don't use this company. They don't stand behind the work they do and the plumbers obviously don't know (or care?) what they're doing. This doesn't stop them from taking advantage of people who aren't experts in this field and can't readily identify whether the materials or methods they're using are correct. Their work is shoddy and expensive. We paid close to $800 for this bullhonky """"repair"""". And the only reason we used them is because our home warranty company sent them out... and then wouldn't cover it. Shame on us, right? Lesson learned!!!

DO NOT use this company. After months, two last minute cancellations from them, one no-show, a $400 charge for work that was never done, and HOURS of my time trying to resolve this situation I am extremely unhappy with the service I (didn't) receive, and customer service who is anything but helpful (when you can even get them to answer the phone!)

Claim #: 1684808 Preferred Vendor: Hers & His Plumbing, LLC Phone Number: 770-738-0000 ================================== My email to Home Warranty of America, Inc. 7/7/16 I put in a claim on a garbage disposal which was not working. I was given the above info on the firm that was to make the repairs. On July 4th I had a message left on my phone from the 770 738 0000 number. I promptly called back but got a recording saying that the firm did not accept incoming calls from blocked numbers. I borrowed a phone and called only to get their answer machine. I told them that customers did not appreciate having their incoming calls blocked for nonsense. I did not get any other call from them, a few minutes ago I again called their number and they are still blocking incoming calls that do not show up on their caller ID. This is a totally worthless company and I don't have any idea why you would refer your customers to them, they are a total waste of time. Send me info on a decent firm that has not got its head up its rear end. I want to get this garbage disposal fixed a.s.a.p.

Leaving 1 star because I can't leave 0. My home warranty company sent His and Hers Plumbing to my home to clear a stoppage/toilet overflow. There were 2 men, per our discussion, one was training and one was only a plumber for a year. They replaced the wax seal with the wrong kind as per my second opinion. Admitted they made it worse. We were having to tell them how to use the only tool they brought. A snake you can buy at home Depot as I have the same one. They literally said we can't fix this, we don't know how. Then proceeded to tell my home warranty company that they snaked to 100ft and it was not normal wear and tear and was due to excessive wiping and tampon usage. Now I've had a hysterectomy and my children use pads. We only use Scott toilet paper AND that half bath has not been used on a regular basis. Therefore I was denied coverage from my home warranty company and was shocked at their service as they left the half bath a mess as well. Don't recommend.

Just kicks the problems to the insurance company and the company kicks the problem back to them. Not willing to perform service even if I wanted to pay.

Had service scheduled with Hers and His Plumbing through our warranty company. Chad came out and was very nice and professional and I believe our pressure issues have been fully resolved. Thank you!!

still very mad at the company - i discovered a leaking water heater on May 27 and this company was hired through my home warranty company. the tech came out and provided an estimate to the home warranty company. I finally agreed to the out-of-pocket amount on June 3 and signed off with the project. On the same day, this company told they were ordering parts and would set up the appointment once the water heater is ordered and ready. I didn't hear back from them so i called on Wednesday June 16. Was told that the tech """"spoke"""" with me the following week and I '""""decided"""" for a """"buyout"""" with my home warranty company so they closed the work order, while in fact I had no communication with the company ever after June 3. Short story is that this company can not be trusted. Avoid it at all cost would be my advise. I spoke with my home warranty company and shared my experiences. Again, never do business with Hers & His Plumbing. Enter at your own risk!
