I must say, I had a vastly different experience than most of the others that have had experiences with Hers & His Plumbing. I purchased my home a little over a year ago that was build in 2009. Duke Energy talked me into purchasing a protection plan on my water heater for $7 a month and I figured it would be better safe than sorry because the tank was just over 10 years old now and it has to give out at some point. The other day, I woke up to find that my downstairs was flooded from my busted water heater. I immediately began the cleanup and shut off the water to the house as it appeared that the shutoff to the water heater was not closing all the way. I called Duke Energy and made a claim and they told me that Hers & His would contact me shortly to make an appointment. I Google searched a little on Hers & His Plumbing and I began to worry that this was going to be a nightmare after the reviews I read here on yelp. I somehow missed all the review on Google which are mostly positive. Regardless, I didn't have much of a choice so I just waited for the call. That afternoon, Steve, from Hers & His stopped by and inspected the tank. It was obvious that the tank was on its last limb and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, he didn't have the tank we needed on his truck so he had to put an order in. He put stoppers on the pipes to the water heater so I could at least have water to the house again, even though I'd have to wait an extra day for the new tank and hot water. The next day, Steve showed up in the time window they provided and got to work. In about an hour, the tank was installed and I couldn't be happier with Duke Energy's protection plan, Hers & His Plumbing, and Steve. Great service and execution all around.

Hers and His plumbing did a great job. They fixed my water heater & saved me alot of money. Nowadays if any thing is wrong with your water heater plumbers come out & say you need a new water heater instead of taking the time to fix the one you have; because it is simply more money for them . The greed usually takes over instead of honesty & hard work. Plumbers do not care if a new water heater is in your budget or not. So I appreciate an honest plumber like Hers & His Plumbing; who will fix the water heater you already have & save you the huge bill of buying a brand new water heater that you actually do not need yet.

Timeliness, Problem Resolution, Professionalism, Communication] Great all around. Would use Aaron every time. Connected through homeserve. (Competitor I called first before remembering I had the add-on through FPL wanted $99 for first hour and then x amount thereafter. Glad they took long enough to come out that I was able to tell them forget it.)

American Home Sheild sent them out for my hot water heater. The plumber started to work on it right away. Said it need a part that he had in his truck. Then he showed me a small piece of silver pipe. He asked me who bumped the hot water heat. I had no idea about it being bumped. I have only lived here three month. The he said if I had relit the pilot light it would have exploded. I have never smelled gas in that room or in the house in the three months I have lived here. Then at 6:30 PM that even AHS called to tell me they would not fix the hot water heater because someone bumped the gas line an it broke. That it's not a normal wear and tear. There is a guard over the line. I will be taking the line to see how it got broke from a bump.

I have not used Hers and His Plumbing, but today, one of there trucks was driving in our neighborhood , over in the wrong lane, and nearly hit me. I had to take evasive action. If their plumbing skills are anything like their driving skills, I say STAY AWAY

These guys are fantastic!! They are honest, do great work and know the job!! They are courteous and have not failed me once. I own 3 rental properties and I use them on all 3 anytime I have plumbing issues. Jessica is great at working with my schedule and Logan is an amazing technician who has been very knowledgeable and trustworthy to get the job done. I'm so happy with this company and would recommend them to anybody. I've met tons of contractors and technicians in my field of work, these guys are just fantastic!!

This company was sent to my house for a clog. This company sent a man out named Bull. That's should have been my first clue. They damaged my bathtub, left dirty fingerprints all over my bathroom and the floor was covered in some sticky wax that took days and days to remove. When I called to complain they made an appointment the next day to come out an inspect the damages. However, the next morning I received a text to cancel the appointment. Since then they refuse to take my phone calls or answer any of my emails or texts. I will be sending them a quote on fixing my bathtub. I will also include a few pics of the mess and damages. I will never let these people near my house and I would suggest all of you do the same!

This company is in bed with the home warranty that we have with our new home. They came out and looked at the problem and within two minutes were gone. We found the leak on our own. We are now out 100.00 dollars. This company is ripping people off left and right! Read the other reviews. Don't let them in your home.

This company actually cares about their employees and customers, because without employees, you have no customers. They will give you reasonable pricing and think of your needs first. If you're looking for an honest company, call Hers and His Plumbing...

Hers and His are terrible. They have been to my house twice over the course of several weeks now and I still have a water heater that does not work. They haven't even attempted to fix it. Their biggest concern was to prove for the warranty company that the heater's problem was pre-existing. How they determined that I do not know. Frankly I don't care if the warranty covers the expense because I can pay to have the water heater replaced. I told them such and they said OK we'll have a quote to you and fix it. That was now two weeks ago and NOTHING. It seems quite clear that all they want to do is work the warranty policy. They collected $80 from me to basically tell me to f@#k off. We'll, the same back to them.
