Do not use! This is a call center type, Tampa plumber. Your call will be managed out of a remote location, the service rep will be rude and you will not get communication or accurate information regarding your service. While the tech may be helpful, it is evident that a local, more reputable vendor will be a better option. Save yourself the hassle of weeks, yes, weeks of waiting for a job to be completed. To the management, please take my opinion as an honest one. Have I had a great experience, I would be praising you all over the social networks, and recommending you to my friends.

This company was sent by A.H.S. The tech whom did not even had the right tools,right away asked for $425 to replace faucet,when I said warranty will pay for, took out ours which had a sprayer,came back with a USED FAUCET See pictures as well hole left because no sprayer also ask me to call him because he does job on the side because company do not pay anything Said been a plumber for 4yrs I have called many times but as all cheap, non reliable companies NO ONE ANSWER.. Off course A.H.S. does not respond either

Bobbie Joe Olson of Hers & His Plumbing did an excellent job. Two plumbers before her did not properly diagnose or fix the problem, but she immediately assessed the problem and fixed it. She arrived within the scheduled time frame. She is knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her.

do not use...worst company ever. took 1/2off work and they never showed. technicians lied and said no one was home. now they can't even come back for 2 days. trust me there are far better business out there than this one.

After reading other reviews I was a bit worried but I can tell you that His and Hers did a great job! Service department was friendly and got us scheduled right away. Our technician Zach was great! Very professional and identified the issue with our garbage disposal quickly, explained what was going on and then solved the issue and all now running great again. He also looked at an issue with our shower and was extremely honest and said that we did not need to do anything but run the shower (our guest bathroom) every once in a while if it is not being used which seals the pea trap and prevents any smells. Zach was great and honest and I would definitely use them again in the future.

These guys are fantastic!! They are honest, do great work and know the job!! They are courteous and have not failed me once. I own 3 rental properties and I use them on all 3 anytime I have plumbing issues. Jessica is great at working with my schedule and Logan is an amazing technician who has been very knowledgeable and trustworthy to get the job done. I'm so happy with this company and would recommend them to anybody. I've met tons of contractors and technicians in my field of work, these guys are just fantastic!!

Hers and His plumbing did a great job. They fixed my water heater & saved me alot of money. Nowadays if any thing is wrong with your water heater plumbers come out & say you need a new water heater instead of taking the time to fix the one you have; because it is simply more money for them . The greed usually takes over instead of honesty & hard work. Plumbers do not care if a new water heater is in your budget or not. So I appreciate an honest plumber like Hers & His Plumbing; who will fix the water heater you already have & save you the huge bill of buying a brand new water heater that you actually do not need yet.
