These guys are fantastic!! They are honest, do great work and know the job!! They are courteous and have not failed me once. I own 3 rental properties and I use them on all 3 anytime I have plumbing issues. Jessica is great at working with my schedule and Logan is an amazing technician who has been very knowledgeable and trustworthy to get the job done. I'm so happy with this company and would recommend them to anybody. I've met tons of contractors and technicians in my field of work, these guys are just fantastic!!

This company was sent to my house for a clog. This company sent a man out named Bull. That's should have been my first clue. They damaged my bathtub, left dirty fingerprints all over my bathroom and the floor was covered in some sticky wax that took days and days to remove. When I called to complain they made an appointment the next day to come out an inspect the damages. However, the next morning I received a text to cancel the appointment. Since then they refuse to take my phone calls or answer any of my emails or texts. I will be sending them a quote on fixing my bathtub. I will also include a few pics of the mess and damages. I will never let these people near my house and I would suggest all of you do the same!

This company is in bed with the home warranty that we have with our new home. They came out and looked at the problem and within two minutes were gone. We found the leak on our own. We are now out 100.00 dollars. This company is ripping people off left and right! Read the other reviews. Don't let them in your home.

This company actually cares about their employees and customers, because without employees, you have no customers. They will give you reasonable pricing and think of your needs first. If you're looking for an honest company, call Hers and His Plumbing...

Hers and His are terrible. They have been to my house twice over the course of several weeks now and I still have a water heater that does not work. They haven't even attempted to fix it. Their biggest concern was to prove for the warranty company that the heater's problem was pre-existing. How they determined that I do not know. Frankly I don't care if the warranty covers the expense because I can pay to have the water heater replaced. I told them such and they said OK we'll have a quote to you and fix it. That was now two weeks ago and NOTHING. It seems quite clear that all they want to do is work the warranty policy. They collected $80 from me to basically tell me to f@#k off. We'll, the same back to them.

same as everyone else here dont bother with this company ask for another one not only bad service no one ever picks up the phone and no one shows up for the appointments not even a courtesy call horrible service dont now how there still in business

Bobbie Joe Olson of Hers & His Plumbing did an excellent job. Two plumbers before her did not properly diagnose or fix the problem, but she immediately assessed the problem and fixed it. She arrived within the scheduled time frame. She is knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her.

UGH!!! I had to use this company because it was through my home warranty insurance. Plumber came in and diagnosed a problem that would cost me $900. + and it wouldn't be covered on the home warranty because they said I needed a part that our house didn't have to reduce water pressure. Thank God I didn't have the money to fix the """"problem"""", because I then called our handyman ($40. an hour) who replaced the tub spout for $10. and the problem is fixed!!! Be forewarned...don't use Hers and His Plumbing...you will get ripped off or worse...read all of the reviews.

Worst service EVER! Call anyone BUT this company. Left us without hot water for over 36 hours, prices are too high and they are not customer friendly or respectful.
