Smart guys, they know what they are doing, do a good job and even clean up after themselves. Love dogs, kids and can do just about everything. We found them on Angie's list when we subscribed to it. ( don't know) and their reviews were really good so we saved the info for the """"when we need a plumber"""" situation. Glad we did. Will definately save them in our contact list and use them again when we need something done.

I had a very bad clogged kitchen drain. I asked for estimates and they not only gave me one, but told me to look under sink in case that was the problem that I could fix myself. The plumber was on time time morning and even used a coupon to save me some. I will definitely use them again if I need to.

The service was find and the work was done ok. My big issue is the first hour minimum charge $125.00 but really for additional 20 minutes I was changed $75.00 thats a rip off. My other question to this company the two values that were replaced I purchased two @ $75.00 each or a nice mark up. As these two Moen values can be purchased at Lowe's for $39.00 dollars each. If you think about the cost which would be $78.00 and Herrell charged $150 for the two almost a 100% markup. I know you need to make a profit but I really feel I got ripped on this service. Just my two cents on your company. I would look for another plumbing company that's a bit more fair on treating senior with the service and cost. I'm sure they could careless if they see my posting.

They did what I wanted them to do but they billed me $425.00 for 45 minutes of work and I supplied the washer kit that they installed. Steer clear of this outfit.

We called at 9 am to have a toilet fixed. The supervisor called back by 930 to advise us our service window was between 10 am and 12 pm. Our plumber arrived and resolved our issue by 1030 am. I know sometimes it's luck of the draw, but the fact that the receptionist was courteous, was able to give us an estimate ($150-$250) and the supervisor called us back in 30 minutes made all the difference. We never even got a call back from Westbrook. I'll be calling Herrell for all of our future plumbing needs.

We had a shower leaking in the wall. Plumber from Herrell came out and replaced some PVC pipes and capped them until we could get a new faucet. Told us it would be $895 to fix it, not including replacing the wall board and tile. This seemed outrageous to us. Got another plumber to come in, looked at it and determined that the wrong pipes were put in by the Herrell Plumber, he used irrigation pipes. When the water was turned back on, it kept leaking. This other plumber fixed our problem and charged less than half of what Herrell was charging, and replaced the wall board and tile. NEVER WILL CALL HERRELL AGAIN!!!

I had to have my house re-piped for insurance purposes. These guys are THE BEST. From getting me a reasonable quote right away to walking me through the whole process, they were spot on. They had a team of professionals who were courteous, respectful, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. It was done perfectly in less than 2 days with minimal impact to me. They cleaned up everything and explained each step. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs that you have.

I waited til Monday to call (since I didn't want Sunday rates) only to learn that Herrell's is the same price anytime. When you have a plumbing problem, it's usually an emergency, so that's good to know! They unclogged our drain right away. Came on time, operator couldn't have been nicer. A little pricey, but like the other reviewer- you often get what you pay for! Thanks, Herrell's!

Water heater was leaking, not too badly but enough that I thought I needed to get it done right away, so I called several plumbers. Herrell was the only one willing to give a quote over the phone so I had a different company come out for a free estimate, much much higher. I called Mike at Herrell back and he let me know that if I turned the water off at the tank and opened the line up to release pressure, it would stop leaking and be fine over night for the next day's appt. Tim just left and did a fantastic job installing the new heater. We would definitely use them again.

I had an urgent issue, called a realtor friend who referred Herrell. A technician, Joshua arrived as scheduled on time! He introduced himself and wearing a shirt with a company logo. He confirmed what the problem was. He immediately started the task. I observed him working smart and efficiently. Only. One trip outside for all of the tools and parts needed. When he was finished he carefully cleaned the area. I could not be more pleased.
