We had a shower leaking in the wall. Plumber from Herrell came out and replaced some PVC pipes and capped them until we could get a new faucet. Told us it would be $895 to fix it, not including replacing the wall board and tile. This seemed outrageous to us. Got another plumber to come in, looked at it and determined that the wrong pipes were put in by the Herrell Plumber, he used irrigation pipes. When the water was turned back on, it kept leaking. This other plumber fixed our problem and charged less than half of what Herrell was charging, and replaced the wall board and tile. NEVER WILL CALL HERRELL AGAIN!!!

Had water coming from unknown source in the wall. Called Herrell plumbing and they sent a technician out promptly. Sebastian arrived and was able to determine it wasn't a plumbing problem and offered suggestions of what to do next. Even though no service was needed, the promptness and the professionalism was greatly appreciated. Hopefully we don't need their services anytime soon but if we do we will call Herrell plumbing again

I completed the online form and received a call from the HP office within a couple of hours. They were able to get a plumber/technician on-site the same day to replace the inlet/outlet water valves above my water heater. Many thanks to Tim for doing a great job!

My house built in 50's and difficult layout due to additions but obviously, NO JOB IS TOO BIG for HERRELL PLUMBING. I suspected something amiss when the hot water was not available when needed, even with the timer on. I called The Leak Doctor and a slab leak was found leading from the hot water heater. I then called HERRELL and an estimate walk-thru by Bobby and Red was scheduled quickly, and WORK STARTED ON TIME and FINISHED IN TWO DAYS. BIG PLUS FOR ME. I've never met a nicer, polite and professional crew than Bobby, Red, Sebastian, Pete, JJ and Ruffian. Communication was phenomenal among them and if ran into problem, Red or Bobby was just a phone call away and then at the house. The office personnel exceptional as well. Herrell has done work at my house in past and will ALWAYS be my go-to plumbers and would recommend them if you want a JOB WELL DONE....the FIRST TIME! Thank you from a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Mark & Penny SERVICE PERFORMED WAS FOR RE-PIPING with CPVC pipes of entire house starting at water meter. Pete dug a trench up to house spigots. Grass replaced with care

A big thanks to Herrell Plumbing, specifically Tech Tim and Tom (drain cleaner expert). Same day service (I didn't ask for or expect) to have my disposal replaced and vent snaked. Tom also took extra time to modify the plumbing under the sink to raise the traps to get better gravity flow. They do business the right way. Quoted price over phone, no surprises. Other company I called wanted $39 to check it out and would not give me a price. When they showed up the price was outrageous. Herrell did great work at a fair price. I will call them first when I need repairs or new install.

I have used Herrell Plumbing many times over the past 20 years. They have always provided excellent service. This time I had a leak in my bathroom. Sebastian, the technician, quickly determined the problem and fixed it. He was very personable and efficient.

I had an urgent issue, called a realtor friend who referred Herrell. A technician, Joshua arrived as scheduled on time! He introduced himself and wearing a shirt with a company logo. He confirmed what the problem was. He immediately started the task. I observed him working smart and efficiently. Only. One trip outside for all of the tools and parts needed. When he was finished he carefully cleaned the area. I could not be more pleased.

We called at 9 am to have a toilet fixed. The supervisor called back by 930 to advise us our service window was between 10 am and 12 pm. Our plumber arrived and resolved our issue by 1030 am. I know sometimes it's luck of the draw, but the fact that the receptionist was courteous, was able to give us an estimate ($150-$250) and the supervisor called us back in 30 minutes made all the difference. We never even got a call back from Westbrook. I'll be calling Herrell for all of our future plumbing needs.

The service was find and the work was done ok. My big issue is the first hour minimum charge $125.00 but really for additional 20 minutes I was changed $75.00 thats a rip off. My other question to this company the two values that were replaced I purchased two @ $75.00 each or a nice mark up. As these two Moen values can be purchased at Lowe's for $39.00 dollars each. If you think about the cost which would be $78.00 and Herrell charged $150 for the two almost a 100% markup. I know you need to make a profit but I really feel I got ripped on this service. Just my two cents on your company. I would look for another plumbing company that's a bit more fair on treating senior with the service and cost. I'm sure they could careless if they see my posting.
