The plumbers are well trained and know what they are doing, they are a little more expensive then other companies but I have never had to call them back to re-do anything. Always done right the first time with service tech friendly and helpful!

Outstanding and courteous experience. Hired them for a shower handle repair service and drain unclogging in Orlando, FL. Was literally impossible to get even a rough estimate from other plumbers without paying them to come out to check. Since I own a company in the service industry, I KNOW it's possible to at least provide a rough estimate by photos (why not?) Herrell's call taker was very polite and accommodating she showed my photos to the technician and managed to give me a quote - which was the BEST quote I got. And when a company ends up charging you LESS than quoted you know you should save their number for all future services as we all need an honest plumber every once in a while. Thank you for the great experience.

This company is honest, on time and provided the service we needed quickly and professional. I had called to schedule an appointment for a clogged pipe from our bathroom. I called on Wednesday and they arrived ON TIME on Thursday! He was here for about 1 hour and he used a camera to find the clog, flushed the clog and then removed the hardened build up you find in pipes over time. He was very patient with me as I watched him and asked questions so I could learn more about the """"health"""" of our pipes. I will use them again and refer my neighbors to this company as they were honest, on time and did a great job! A previous plumbing service tried to sell us on a service of $2,500 that we found out we do not need once Herrell was able to fix the issue.

They did what I wanted them to do but they billed me $425.00 for 45 minutes of work and I supplied the washer kit that they installed. Steer clear of this outfit.

Such a great experience with Herrell Plumbing. We had to have our whole house replumbed and another company quoted us more so we went to Herrell for a second opinion. They were honest, fair, and very knowledgeable about what they do. They were also very friendly and respectful while doing their job. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had a leaky shower for weeks that kept getting worse. Bobby came out on a Friday, diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes and was back Monday to fix it. Not only is the leak gone, but the handle now functions better than it ever did before. He was clean, nice and clearly communicated costs and what work he was doing. I was able reach Herrell and leave a message on their emergency line about 10:00 p.m. Someone actually called me back within 30 minutes! After explaining the problem (water heater quit and caused a flood from 2nd floor) and letting them know our water had been turned off, they said they would have their front office call the next day. They advised it could wait until morning if we could live without the water. They called promptly the next morning and were able to get a licensed plumber to the house that afternoon. He efficiently replaced the water heater and we were done! Less than 24 hours from the initial flood. Maybe there would have been a savings if it had been a proactive replacement and there was time to shop around, but having the response and excellent service they provided? Priceless.

They came out pretty quickly to unclog a main drain line. The guy that showed up was nice and seemed to know what he was doing. It took a while to find the clog, I figured it would since I'd tried to find it myself first. He got it cleaned out and let me know it may repeat if there are roots or a line break. The cost was $250 which was the bottom of the range ($250-$350) I was quoted when I called in. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would recommend them.
