Such a great experience with Herrell Plumbing. We had to have our whole house replumbed and another company quoted us more so we went to Herrell for a second opinion. They were honest, fair, and very knowledgeable about what they do. They were also very friendly and respectful while doing their job. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had a leaky shower for weeks that kept getting worse. Bobby came out on a Friday, diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes and was back Monday to fix it. Not only is the leak gone, but the handle now functions better than it ever did before. He was clean, nice and clearly communicated costs and what work he was doing. I was able reach Herrell and leave a message on their emergency line about 10:00 p.m. Someone actually called me back within 30 minutes! After explaining the problem (water heater quit and caused a flood from 2nd floor) and letting them know our water had been turned off, they said they would have their front office call the next day. They advised it could wait until morning if we could live without the water. They called promptly the next morning and were able to get a licensed plumber to the house that afternoon. He efficiently replaced the water heater and we were done! Less than 24 hours from the initial flood. Maybe there would have been a savings if it had been a proactive replacement and there was time to shop around, but having the response and excellent service they provided? Priceless.

They came out pretty quickly to unclog a main drain line. The guy that showed up was nice and seemed to know what he was doing. It took a while to find the clog, I figured it would since I'd tried to find it myself first. He got it cleaned out and let me know it may repeat if there are roots or a line break. The cost was $250 which was the bottom of the range ($250-$350) I was quoted when I called in. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Call them first. Excellent, professional, deeply knowledgeable about plumbing problems and solutions, and very fairly priced, you can't go wrong. Our 97 year old house in downtown Orlando had a drain issue that another company wouldn't even attempt to fix, short of a very expensive renovation. Herrell assessed the problem, offered a solution based upon their knowledge of old houses and it fixed our problem. They were friendly, concerned about us and our home (a rarity now a days), and proud of their work. And that's something unbelievable in today's """"just in it for buck"""" companies. If you don't call them first, call them last. You'll be very happy you did!

I had to have my house re-piped for insurance purposes. These guys are THE BEST. From getting me a reasonable quote right away to walking me through the whole process, they were spot on. They had a team of professionals who were courteous, respectful, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. It was done perfectly in less than 2 days with minimal impact to me. They cleaned up everything and explained each step. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs that you have.

I will start by saying I do not have a lot of experience with plumbers. This is our first house and we've only owned it for 3 years. On a Thursday we experienced a problem with water leaking at a steady and consistent rate in our walk-in master shower. I called several companies ASAP and only 2 (Herrell being one) seemed to understand the urgency of the situation. After an issue getting the water to the house shut off, we finally did the leaking stopped until the plumber was able to get there. He arrived the same afternoon, assessed the situation and gave us a couple options. We essentially needed a new valve cartridge as our old one went bad. They don't make the kind we have anymore so a new one is needed. He was able to cap off the water just to the shower and turn the rest of our house water on until he was able to get back on Monday to install the new one. Luckily we have a guest bath with a shower. Our tech Tim, although not overly personable was knowledgeable and able to adjust certain things on the new install I requested. I thought their scheduler was personable which was refreshing after some of the companies I contacted. The rates I can't speak too much on considering our lack of experience but they seemed mostly in line according to other people we spoke with. I referred them to neighbors on NextDoor who also had emergent needs and they were also happy with the service they received.
