Our wall mounted sinks have been leaking from the knob for months, and our warranty company has sent three previous plumbers who would come, look and say they couldn't fix it.

Mike from Hermes actually took the faucet apart, but then determined the tool needed was a little unusual but assured us he'd try. 10 minutes later he excitedly called back to say he'd found it - he returned and fixed both of the handles as a precaution against future leaks. He was super professional, considerate and we really appreciated his diligence on a tricky issue!

10/10 would hire again!

We were sent a Hermes technician from our insurance company to fix the toilet in the primary bathroom. It was leaking and not only needed to be reset but have the wax ring replaced. The technician was friendly and fast - super professional and fixed the job right then and there. We were so grateful considering this was a follow up job / second opinion from another company.

We had a pin hole leak under our house. Hermes came out and took care of it quickly and easily. They also stuck around to clear some sediment buildup that had come loose while the water was shut off. Hermes Plumbing just finished a job at our condo and we were extremely impressed with their service. We had issues with both our kitchen sink faucet & the shower handle in the guest bathroom. They arrived timely, were very polite, professional & friendly, and completed the job in far less time than we were expecting. Most importantly, they were prepared and had all the supplies needed to replace the sink faucet and the shower handle so our issues were resolved in one visit. They didn't know ahead of time if this was going to be a ""fix or replace"" issue so the fact that they were prepared for either situation was great!
