Hermes Plumbing just finished a job at our condo and we were extremely impressed with their service. We had issues with both our kitchen sink faucet & the shower handle in the guest bathroom. They arrived timely, were very polite, professional & friendly, and completed the job in far less time than we were expecting. Most importantly, they were prepared and had all the supplies needed to replace the sink faucet and the shower handle so our issues were resolved in one visit. They didn't know ahead of time if this was going to be a ""fix or replace"" issue so the fact that they were prepared for either situation was great! Now we have a functioning kitchen sink again, just in time to be able to cook for Thanksgiving & our guest shower handle works so the shower is ready to use. Thank you, Hermes Plumbing!

Our garbage disposal was leaking and we made a home warranty claim. I've scheduled with Mike and he was extremely accommodating to my schedule, the day before Thanksgiving no less, and was on time.

He was professional and replaced my garbage disposal on the spot, and only took about 30 minutes. They were clean and friendly. I definitely recommend them.

Called Mike to fix a broken pump and a tankless heater issue. He came out within a few hours, explained the problem and how to avoid in the future and offered multiple solutions including a low cost fix, and got it all done the same day. Would highly recommend for fair, efficient, and honest work.

This review based off my own personal experience with representatives of Hermes Plumbing. They were sent to my place by Fidelity National Home Insurance Co. to stop the running water in the toilet.

I found them incompetent (didn't know how to open my washlet, even with the Manual, I have provided), hence, couldn't diagnose the problem. On top of it all, they broke the filter, which they attempted to pull out ""to wipe it off.""

The ""service"" was performed on 07/12/22, invoice #1642.

If I could have given them no stars at all, I would have done it. Consider yourselves warned!

Mike and John did an outstanding job installing our tankless water heater. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. They left the work area neat and clean. They gave us a detailed explanation of the work they performed and what we need to do to maintain the heater.

Our toilets backed up into the showers and within 4 hours David and his team where here to help into the night. They were so response, kind and helpful.
