I almost never write reviews but I wanted to share the great experience I had. Hermes Plumbing fixed an issue that a previous plumber told me could not be fixed (water draining very slowly from tub/shower). The access was difficult and a small tight space to work but Hermes Plumbing did the hard work to repair my problem properly and didn't cut corners. They were helpful and friendly, showed up on time, and explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it. The price, to me, seems fair for the job and they will be the first call I make whenever I need a plumber.

Hermes Plumbing was great. John came out and was very courteous. I used him through Fidelity warranty, but I will definitely use him outside of the warranty company for issues that are not covered under my home warranty. Also I had three plumbers try and diagnose the problem before, and he is the only one that got it right.
