Excellent service and reasonable prices. Our water heater failed and we have a home based business that depends on warm water. We called Herks and they sent out service tech Sean within a few hours. He was very personable and gave us options to repair or replace. Since we needed water operational ASAP we had him replace the unit. The job was done same day by 5:00 pm and the price was reasonable given today's market. Great job Sean!

I will never call another company again !
I first called Roto- they came out and quoted me $3400 to install a clean out!
I called Herk's they came out out the next day cleared the line installed a clean out for $1100 ! Great guys and very professional. I will definitely be calling them for all my homes. Thank you for a job well done Hal

The son of the owner came out and was really nice and knowledgeable. I felt very good about using them. He said they would contact me within 48 hours with a quote. He states they would be able to do the job right away. The problem arose after they gave me a quote. I let them know I wanted to move forward and the office told me they have too much work and they were going to decline the job!?!? This caused a lot of issues with me due to I was on a time crunch. I called another plumber and they came out and quoted me slightly higher and I went with them. Funny thing is when I told them I had a quote from Herks, the new plumber told me that he hears a lot of problems with them. He said the sons go out and under bid all the jobs and once the Dad gets involved he turns down the jobs and says they are too booked to do your job. I never told the new plumber what happened so I have to believe him due to that was exactly what happened to me. And to top it off, the office lady who told me they were going to pass on my job was extremely rude about it. Don't waist your time with this unprofessional company. Look elsewhere.

We've used Herks three times now: once to repair a water line in our front yard, once for the installation of a dishwasher and garbage disposal, and once for the purchase and installation of a hot water heater. They've been professional and personable from start to finish with every service and we've found their prices competitive and reasonable every time.

I very much appreciate that the paperwork explains what they've done and that our techs have always taken the time to explain what was done as well. We've worked with different employees and they've all been great, so shout out to all the employees at Herks. The last two techs were Shawn and Edward. Thanks a bunch for your friendliness, thoroughness and professionalism.

My toilet started leaking from the tank, I tried to fix it myself but failed. I called Herk's and they came out the next day. They are always on time! If they can come earlier they will call to see if that works. They are polite and will let you know what is going in detail. They gave me a free estimate and I gave them the go ahead. Quick and beautifully done! Thanks Herks! I will use them again.

Only giving two stars for the customer service over the phone which was great. Otherwise, I am very disappointed with the quality of service received. I used this company because of how great their online reviews were but had quite a negative experience.

Dustin, the technician was very rude and disrespectful, something I've never experienced before. When I asked why a drip pan wasn't installed under the new water heater install, he started to have an attitude and accused me of not wanting to pay which I happily did. Once I received the invoice, it said that I refused all upgrades for the service which was a blatant lie since I was never offered any. Other plumbers have since told me that installing a drip pan under the water heater is cheap and common practice.

We have used Herk's multiple times and they always do such a great job. We had Sean come out today to fix our kitchen sink and also put in the new one and he was fantastic. He fixed our current issue with no problems and our new sink looks great! He was the nicest guy and went over everything he did. I always appreciate when someone explains exactly what they're doing especially since I have no clue how to fix it haha.
