I called Ben after finding him on Yelp, and he came out to investigate a random leak that appeared in our front yard. It turned out it was our main line leaking after he dug and saw that our pvc pipe was damaged by nearby tree roots and the pipe adapters were breaking due to high water pressure. He ultimately concluded our old pvc pipe needed to be replaced with a new copper pipe, so we agreed to a fair price, and immediately Ben and his crew installed it the next day. He was great at explaining things throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Heritage Plumbing and would definitely go with them again.

As busy as these guys were, they made every effort to get us on the schedule to have us up and running again ASAP. After Ben installed a tankless water heater for my church's baptistry (and did a fantastic job doing so), I knew he was the one to call when our kitchen sink started backing up.

He was quick to figure out the source of the clog, to get it removed, and to get our sink draining properly again! He even answered questions I was asking as he worked, and he put everything back under the sink in a very orderly manner! I so appreciate his professionalism and going above and beyond!
