My water heater pipes fell apart and since my water heater was 12 years old I decided to go ahead and replace all at once I called him and he came the same day to come fix all the issues. Thank you!! Several months back, Ben fixed a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink. At that time he suggested replacing all the old PVC with new PEX piping. We recently had him do just that-replace all the lines in our mobile home. We also had him remove the tub/shower enclosure in our main bathroom and put in a walk-in shower. The project turned out great. We have no more worries about worn out pipes. And we are thrilled with the new shower. Bens attention to detail and quality were evident throughout the job. He was more than fair in his estimate and even made adjustments in our favor when he found savings in materials. AWESOME JOB. AWESOME COMPANY! We will not look anywhere else for our plumbing needs in the future.

I called Ben after finding him on Yelp, and he came out to investigate a random leak that appeared in our front yard. It turned out it was our main line leaking after he dug and saw that our pvc pipe was damaged by nearby tree roots and the pipe adapters were breaking due to high water pressure. He ultimately concluded our old pvc pipe needed to be replaced with a new copper pipe, so we agreed to a fair price, and immediately Ben and his crew installed it the next day. He was great at explaining things throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Heritage Plumbing and would definitely go with them again.

After Ben installed a tankless water heater for my church's baptistry (and did a fantastic job doing so), I knew he was the one to call when our kitchen sink started backing up.
