Ben is wonderful! After going through so many plumbers on our remodel that were super expensive, or didn't show up or we had to pay someone else to repair what they did, I cannot tell you how awesome it was to find Benjamin!! He was super to work with, showed up when he said he would and his pricing is excellent!! He met us at the house after work one night and talked about putting in a sump pump under the house because we have had water issues in the crawl space. We have been trying to find someone who could help us with that for the last two years!! Ben and his guys showed up a week later while we were at work, got the whole project done, cleaned up and finished by the time my husband came home! My husband is an inspector for a living and he was very impressed with the work. Ben also handled several other little projects for me and cleaned up as if he had never been there. It was awesome. He gives you an itemized bid so you can see exactly what he is charging you for and he did not ask us to pay a dime over the bid price! If I ever need ANY plumbing done again at our house, I will be calling Ben for sure!!H

Ben Lewis was fabulous! We had a leak at our water meter and of course the city said it was our responsibility to fix as it was inside the meter towards the house. The city shut off our water and we called Ben at Heritage plumbing. He answered immediately and said he would be over as soon as he finished the job he was on. He showed up an hour and 1/2 later, assessed the problem, told us what it would take to fix it and quoted a price. He was quick, efficient, fair and polite through it all. Did a great job and he certainly will be my first call if I need another plumber!

Great experience! Ben responded super fast and was even able to help me figure out what was the best size option as far as replacing my water heater. My water heater pipes fell apart and since my water heater was 12 years old I decided to go ahead and replace all at once I called him and he came the same day to come fix all the issues. Thank you!! Several months back, Ben fixed a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink. At that time he suggested replacing all the old PVC with new PEX piping. We recently had him do just that-replace all the lines in our mobile home. We also had him remove the tub/shower enclosure in our main bathroom and put in a walk-in shower. The project turned out great. We have no more worries about worn out pipes. And we are thrilled with the new shower. Bens attention to detail and quality were evident throughout the job. He was more than fair in his estimate and even made adjustments in our favor when he found savings in materials. AWESOME JOB. AWESOME COMPANY! We will not look anywhere else for our plumbing needs in the future.

I called Ben after finding him on Yelp, and he came out to investigate a random leak that appeared in our front yard. It turned out it was our main line leaking after he dug and saw that our pvc pipe was damaged by nearby tree roots and the pipe adapters were breaking due to high water pressure. He ultimately concluded our old pvc pipe needed to be replaced with a new copper pipe, so we agreed to a fair price, and immediately Ben and his crew installed it the next day. He was great at explaining things throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Heritage Plumbing and would definitely go with them again.
