My husband called them to come out and look to see what was leaking in my house due to water marks on the floor. Explained that we will be doing an insurance claim and the company no problem working with us. Set an appointment for him to come out and look at the leak. He didn't call us on our appointment date and time so we called and he neglected to store our number on his phone therefore he said he figured we'll call him sooner or later ( not even being considerate of our time and work schedule). Set another appointment for the next day just for him to tell us he doesn't deal with insurance claims. What kind of company is this?! Very poor customer service!

So impressed with Ben and this company! We've used them twice so far and will call again whenever we have a plumbing issue. Ben is great at communicating, is speedy, knowledgeable, and does the job right. You can really tell that he uses quality materials and makes sure everything works well, looks good, and will last a long time. I also really like that this is a local family owned company. Ben is awesome! We needed a need valve for our water shut off. ANd now our water hheatter wouldn't turn on called Ben and he was awesome again! He explained how we can turn it on (first house for us) very patient as I likee to know how everything works.. again he is now our to go guy if we need any work! Def get him.

Save yourself the effort and just go with Ben (the owner). He was communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. Best of all he is a local guy who takes pride in his work and reputation, charges very competitive rates, and works quickly (with quality results). Can't beat that!

Our toilet was clogged after the brush handle broke off into it, after searching on Yelp for a local plumber (at 7 pm) I received a prompt response and quote from Ben. He was able to fit us in the very next day and quickly resolved our problem. The service was fast and affordable, and Ben was friendly and courteous. We absolutely know who to call next time!

I hired Heritage Plumbing to do all the plumbing work in my master bathroom remodel. Ben was fast, efficient, reliable, and he did an amazing job! The shower system I preferred was very complex and didn't come with any directions, but Ben was able to put all together and make it look like the picture on the box. I'm a satisfied customer and I highly recommend Heritage Plumbing!

Thank you so much Ben for your amazing service. I have 2 young children and I was in a house with no hot water for almost 2 days. Of course this all happened on a Friday. I called multiple plumbers on Saturday, but no one could fit me in until Monday. I reached out to Heritage Plumbing and spoke to Ben. He was able to come out Saturday evening and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. The price was extremely fair and customer service was excellent. Ben was very warm, friendly, and professional.

I had a pipe burst in my main line and needed a rerouting of the line due to massive tree roots, and of course this happened during the heavy rain. They came and took just a couple days to fix the entire situation and were very reasonably priced. They worked throughout the rain during the weekend so I wouldn't have to be without water for too long!
