After Ben installed a tankless water heater for my church's baptistry (and did a fantastic job doing so), I knew he was the one to call when our kitchen sink started backing up.

He was quick to figure out the source of the clog, to get it removed, and to get our sink draining properly again! He even answered questions I was asking as he worked, and he put everything back under the sink in a very orderly manner! I so appreciate his professionalism and going above and beyond!

I find his friendly and punctual manner to be top notch and the price was right, too!

Ben is AMAZING! Let's start off with his ability to squeeze me in while working on a big project. I was totally grateful as I had a pipe leaking that needed to be tended to. He was able to get right to the pipe and repair it immediately! Also took a look at another section which I thought may have been leaking and found that it was water seeping from my shower door which he will be coming back to mitigate that issue with some calking when his schedule permits.

We also discussed some additional work that we will be planning out as soon as his schedule opens up!!!

Ben Lewis at Heritage plumbing was wonderful to work with. He came out the same day I called him and his price was Almost 1/2 of the previous bid I had gotten using the exact same materials and doing the exact same thing.
