Matt Henthorn is such a nice gentleman. I am writing this review because I was in the Home Depot today very frustrated trying to locate things for a sink repair. He could tell that I was struggling and he asked me if he could be of help and proceeded to help me solve my problem.
I was with a handyman or I would've hired Matt to help me with the job I was working on. But I asked for his name so that I could call him for my next home repair. It is so seldom these days that a person would volunteer to help you. Everyone is always so busy with their own tasks.
I wasn't surprised when I saw all the fives in his reviews, he is just a great guy. The next time I need a plumbing repair I will definitely call Matt!!!

Matt did an outstanding job of installing a kitchen sink for us. We originally called for help connecting the pipes & my husband was going to install the sink but happily Matt did the whole thing for an reasonable price. This summer we remodeled the main bath in our home, with the goal of creating more room within the existing space. Key to accomplishing this were a wall-mounted toilet with in-wall tank and a floating cabinet with the faucets coming out of the wall. This plan required that all the plumbing be moved inside a 2x4 stud wall. And, since we'd designed it ourselves, there were no blueprints to go by. We chose Matt for two reasons: We'd met him before, and really liked him; he had experience installing this type toilet. We were not disappointed. He was great to work with, and accomplished the job beautifully. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing an experienced, thoughtful, reliable and professional plumber.

Several years ago, I gave Matt a 5 star review. I am sad to see that his service oriented attitude seems to have fallen by the wayside. He has not responded to multiple contact attempts: phone, email, and text message. Even a response saying he was too busy would not have rated a one star. No response at all is not acceptable business practice.

Matt keeps surprising me with his knowledge of plumbing and his willingness to help clients as much s he can. Despite his broken phone he was able to help me on the same day for cleaning stoppage and installing cleanout at a very reasonable price. I am impressed by his skills and professionalism yet again !
