We used Henthorn Plumbing again - this time for a crack in a sewer line. The repair was done in a timely manner. Bernardo was out checking the problem the day after I called, and the very difficult repair was done the following day. Matt's estimate was for more hours than his men actually spent (they were super-efficient, friendly, and honest), and Matt revised the invoice accordingly. We will continue to use Henthorn Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs, and recommend them to all of our friends.

Though we had a problem initially making contact because of a phone problem, once we connected everything went well. An appointment was made to clean out our main sewer line. Bernardo showed up on time and did the job quickly and efficiently in about 45 minutes. We used Henthorn Plumbing a few years ago with excellent service so we wanted to use him again this time. and will do so in the future.

I had a leaking faucet. A plumber from a different company (those big names found in yellow page) came, he removed the bad faucet and then tried to use heat to remove the stuck brass in the pipe but failed, and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to cut two places in the pipe to fix the problem, I declined.

My friend recommended Matt, and the plumber Matt sent was obviously more experienced, what he did was he unscrewed the ...to let all water inside the pipe out before he used heat to remove the stuck brass part. And it turned out to be a simple fix.

I would recommend this company for plumber service.

Working with Matt and his team was a true pleasure, relief and trust. Having a plumbing issue is not fun or trivial when it involved the drain pipes leaking in multiple places of the crawl spaces. Matt himself took the 1st call to check the situation himself, was really patience to explain to me including draw the pipes configuration to ensure I understand the issue and the proposed repair scope and options. This is really awesome!
His repair quote is reasonable and his team members of Richardo and Bernard were also extremely polite, nice and extremely productive and efficient: they completed the job in 3.5 hours out of 6 hours labor estimated.

For the past 5+ years now Matt has been our go-to person. We used his services multiple times for all sorts of plumbing-related issues, as have several of our friends, and the consensus is, as it was when I wrote my first review 5 years ago, that Matt is fantastic!

Not only did he resolve whatever issue we had every single time, there were never any follow up problems or complications, Matt is always professional and personable, he explains the work he does and the options we have, and makes the whole experience an extremely positive one.
