The entire plumbing in my house backed up in a house I had lived in for 1 month. We had people come out before and snake the drains and the problem kept happening. One company told me I needed to install a 2-way clean out in order to clear the drain. I called Henson for a quote, and after explaining the problem, they wanted to send someone out to get a second opinion.

Someone came by the next day and told me he would install the cleanout, but its really a waste of money because that wouldn't solve my problem (I appreciate honesty and being up front about things). He got his crew together and came back the next morning to do all the work themselves and diagnose the problem. In short, I had a blocked pipe underneath my post-tensioned slab (google it and you'll see why it's a giant pain!)

They located the cables, got the crew in to start working and the problem was solved within 2 days. They were extremely thorough and very polite. They knew I didn't have a kitchen sink, washing machine, and only 1 working half bathroom. They got the problem solved quickly.

Everyone there was very polite, extremely knowledgeable, and frankly, they worked a small miracle to get my plumbing in order. I got a phone call the following day making sure we were happy and everything was functioning the way it should. Very pleased and would recommend them to everyone!

it was the first time I seek help to clear the clogged kitchen sink. The plumber did his job but the tenant complained about the clogged sink two days after. I called and they responded to clear the pipe again and explained to me that the tenant put too much food into the sink. The owner explained the company policy to me and did not charge me the second visit this time. I will use their service going forward.

I have used Henson Plumbing for several jobs from replacing the garbage disposal, a kitchen faucet, and more recently, installing a new water softening system and flushing out the water heater. Dave has usually done the work and he has always been efficient, explaining what needed to be done and answering my questions.
He explained every step of the installation of the water softening system and what I needed to do to maintain the system. He also hauled away all of the old equipment.
After completing a job, he has always told me not to hesitate to call if I have any questions. Henson Plumbing will always be my go-to plumbers!

They over charge me for disconnecting my water softener. They charge me for 1.5 hour at $98 per hour. The whole job of just disconnecting a water softener cost me $198 with parts.
The second day I call for a leaky toilet on Saturday. The technician quote me $150 per hour since it is Saturday, with a minimum of 1 hour charge. Then I call someones else from craigslist and it just cost $80 with parts.

I had called 12 places for a water heater replacement in Brentwood. If you don't know, Brentwood has some pretty hard water. I had called Sears, Lowes, Home Depot, Water Heaters Only, and a few of the local plumbers listed on Yelp. All were really high in the $1,400 to $1,700 range. For a 40 gallon heater with California rating, those prices were really high. My last call was to Hanson Plumbing, who I found on Yelp. I got a spot quote without wasting my time which was a nice change. As I was doing this for a relative long distance, I have to grill companies with numerous questions to make sure I know everything. Christine quickly had a solid quote and guaranteed time for their installer to show the next day.

Darren showed up on time and ready to go! He was incredibly nice to my relative and suggested something I had forgot to ask about, the water heater pan for any overflow or accidents. Where the heater is, this will alleviate repair headaches in the future should something go wrong. He had replaced the heater in the time stated by Christine, as it was easy to get to and a straight forward R&R.

Old school service, superior price, great replacement product, knowledgeable service techs with a great attitude... you don't need to go calling around like I did. Call Hanson Plumbing!

I called Henson's to do an estimate for a total reroute based on wonderful reviews from friends who had used them. They were able to come out within a couple of days of my first call. Dave was very professional. His explanations were informative and helpful. I did not use Henson's for my reroute because I was under a time crunch and found another company that was able to do both the reroute and the drywall( and texturing) for just a small amount over the bid I was given and within the time frame I needed. Based on their reputation and my interaction with their field and office staff, I would feel comfortable contacting them for future plumbing needs.

After checking prices from several installers, I called Henson's this morning for a new water heater, because mine was dripping from the hose bibb. They dispatched Darren the same day and came out with the new water heater. After looking at the leak, he said he could replace the hose bibb instead of replacing the water heater. He saved me many hundreds of dollars with his honesty Great guy. Great company.
