Arrived on time ,I lived in Brentwood years ago and remember this company at my home many times .
Had a leak and needed faucets replaced.
So I decided to call Henson's .The girl on the phone so polite,she et it up and Pedro arrived .He got to work and was done all cleaned up .Complete invoice

I hate to say this, BUT it leaked yet again- what, this is the fourth time now?! So whatever they did, obviously did NOT work to my frustration. Three strikes you are out in my book!

So I ended up asking another person I knew who remodeled one of my bathrooms and knows plumbing as well. I told him this company told me I need to replace the entire sink. He could have easily told me yes, you need to replace everything and drummed up business for himself. He told me that no worries, he will fix it and did. No leaks at all afterwards and he just used more silicone I think and we cured it longer. He said whoever tried to fix it( Henson's!) broke the hole area when they took it out to replace it( I believe it was the owner actually who took out the second time that used a screwdriver bc he couldn't get it out at first and chipped it bc my husband cleaned up remnants of debris like chipped stone.)! After the first fix the leak was elsewhere and not at the hole area but the pipe. After the owner fixed it then the leak was from up on top the hole area and we even said that was strange bc it was not leaking from there before! And my husband had checked each time a leak sprung where it was coming from to mark it with a Sharpie. So I am totally disappointed in Henson's finding this out now and I miss the old Henson's where I could trust the quality of work!

So FINALLY my sink is no longer leaking thanks to a totally different plumber/contractor. Thank goodness this one was honest bc Henson's recommendation of replacing my whole sink and counter could have been a very costly mistake bc they broke it!

Heartily recommend. What a marvelous company Henson Plumbing is. As a 74 year old gent who's lived a full life of good and not so good companies, Henson scores top of the list. And this coming from a plumber with two plumbing companies in the previous century. Owner usually shows up as well. Always on time or early. Wow what a concept. Honest, fair and STANDS by their work. Well played Henson Plumbing Kind of easy to find the winning formula when you play the game straight and with great manners and respect for your customers.

I should've called Henson's Plumbing sooner!
I didn't catch the name of the receptionist, but she was very friendly and provided me with an accurate cost for labor, the average price of the replacement piece and scheduled with my appointment all in one call.

Better yet-- Alexis showed up at the appointed time and changed out the bathtub spout like it was nothing! I assumed he would need to take the old spout off and then need to go buy a replacement part to match, but he already had one with him! I was happily surprised at how quick he was able to finish everything up
He was nice, communicative and got my shower back for me. Thank you all again so much for your help! I will definitely be calling Henson's again for any plumbing needs :D

Was referred to them by another company when I was having issues with a reverse osmosis faucet. They came out and did their level best to take care of the issue. I ended up having them just uninstall the reverse osmosis system because I felt the fixtures weren't reliable. They came to my home 3 times. I was not charged for a visit every time. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I will certainly call Henson Plumbing to assist me.

Very reasonable and honest charges. Showed up within the time frame they gave me and were professional and friendly right from the first call asking for an estimate. When they finished the job that was the price we were charged. Will never have to search for a plumber again. Highly recommend Hansen's Plumbing. They even gave a us senior discount.

Our water heater went out Sunday night. Monday afternoon we called Henson's and they were able to come out the next day and replaced our water heater. Zach did an excellent job explaining how to maintain it/drain it to preserve the new one. Highly recommend Hensons for any plumbing needs.
