I've had some mixed experiences with Hensen. We had a hard to diagnose problem with a leak in our upstairs shower. My first conversations with Pearl were great. She's a very nice lady. Henson came out to the house a few times initially to diagnose the leak and was ultimately able to find the source or the leak. However, the solution required me to remodel our bathroom, which was a very big hit to my wallet.

Hensen took care of it and put together a proposal to remodel the upstairs shower. The cost to remodel was a lot in my opinion, but I decided to have Hensen do the work because I've had some positive experiences working with Pearl and Dave. It took about 4 weeks for Henson to start working on my bathroom. The reasoning that was given to me by Pearl was that they had a lot of bathroom remodeling jobs that they were currently working. I wondered at that point if Henson tended to steer their diagnosis towards the larger remodeling jobs. Again, I dismissed my apprehensiveness since I've had some good experiences with Hensen in my initial conversations with them.

Once Hensen started working, it took them about 4 weeks to complete the work. The finished product looked to be very well done. I did find a small gap between the new shower that they installed and the hardwood flooring. I've called them at least three times since then to have them come out and fill that in with grout, but each time that I call now, I reach an assistant who tells me that Pearl is busy talking with a customer and she'll have Pearl call me as soon as she's free. So far, for the last three times I've called, NOBODY from Hensen has called me back.

Hensen has assured me when they gave me the proposal to remodel my shower that they would guarantee their work. So far, I haven't seen that. I am left with having mixed feelings towards them. Looking back, I think that I had my best experiences with Hensen when I was first starting out with them, and then ultimately their only solution to my problem was a full bathroom remodel, followed by Hensen more or less ignoring me with any issues that have popped up. I really hope that this is not the pattern with other customers as well.

Awesome customer service!! We had a leaky filtration tank, so I called in and spoke to Pearl who was the BEST!! She contacted the vendor, was able to replace the tanks at no cost to us (vendor defect) and kept almost daily contact with me in regards to the replacement being completed. As soon as Henson's received the tanks, Pearl again, made it a priority to send a serviceman out to switch out the tanks. I would definitely recommend Henson's for your plumbing needs. I've never had a negative experience from any of the staff. From the ladies that answer the phones, to Pearl, Mike, Matt and all the way to Tom Henson, they have always put the needs of the customers first. I wish I could give them more s

On Tuesday May 22nd in the evening hours my water heater made a booming sound. I went out in the garage and observed a large pilot flame that was fluttering and noisy. After troubleshooting on the internet I determined I needed to call a plumber. I called Henson Plumbing the next day at 8:00 in the morning. I talked to Pearl and explained the issue. She immediately knew my problem and asked for my model and serial number to call the manufacturer to check on the part warranty. Within 10 minutes she called back to say the part was ordered and was under warranty. She did say I would have to pay for the labor. She set up the appointment for Friday and I thought that was great. She called on Thursday and said the part came in earlier. Could a plumber come out that morning. I said sure. Mike came out and installed the new part and was done in 20 minutes. Due to Pearl and Mike my problem was resolved. Thanks Henson and their professional people I will be calling back on future issues. Jeff

I really do not know how this company
Is getting any stars in my opinion, my experience is still having me shaking I'm so upset, our two water heaters went out so my husband called this company because they have done work for us in the past , a man named Dave came to my front door I opened it and he introduces himself looks in my house notices stairs and says"" oh are the water heaters upstairs?"" I say ""yes"" he's say well they didn't tell me that he sounded quite upset I said well I'm sorry but they are and my husband would of told them when he called( which he did), then I take him upstairs to see them and he says ""oh these are 50gals not 40 your husband said they were 40 see sticker below, I told him that's what the sticker said I also told him my husband gave the lady ""pearl"" the serial number off the tank , he then says oh u should get a tan less water heater that's what
People are getting now a days and one can replace both I said well this is what my husband said, come to find out he had asked pearl about a tankless one
And she talked him out of wanting one, this guy had such a horrible attitude I went back upstairs and he looked at me and said ""yes I'm still here"" like really? Then my husband calls me to tell me that they called him to tell him it was going to cost more because we had hardwood floor and Incase they damage it, wtf ever hear of laying cloth on the floor, his other

Need to pack it up we got fired from this job, when actually my husband did tell them to stop because it sure seemed like they wanted more money l, perhaps they should of sent someone to take a look at the job

What an awesome company! From delightful and professional Pearl in the office to the first tech that did an emergency fix and the second tech who repaired the problem. Techs were efficient, neat and friendly and knew what they were doing. My husband is a contractor and he said they did a great job. Well done folks! The work done in my new front yard work of art! Had Henson's repair our Navien water heater. This is the second water heater to fail in our home in less than a year. Henson's repair was faster and much cheaper than our first experience (same repair, different company) and they also went the extra mile and researched what might be causing the failures.
