Henson's is the only plumbing company I will use. They are accomdating, honest and prompt! Dave was the best (and it helped he liked my little Boston too)! Had all parts needed to fix the job(s) in a timely manner so the job did not cost an arm and a leg. Christine in the office is such a pleasure to talk to. She was very sympathetic to our problem and made sure we were put on the schedule right away.

I called Henson Plumbing on a Friday afternoon after learning that my tenant's water heater had burst and flooded the garage. Tom went above and beyond to get the issue fixed before the end of the day that day. Once I made the call to Tom, everything was 100% taken care of and I didn't have to lift a finger. My tenant was very happy that the repair happened quickly. I was extremely pleased with their rates. I will use Henson plumbing for all my plumbing needs and wholeheartedly reccomend them to all my friends and colleagues.

Last week my hot water heater when was leaking and I called Henson Plumbing to see what needed to be done. They came to replace my hot water heater within the hour! Since I didn't know what size my tank was they brought out two to make sure they had the right one. The price they quoted me on the phone was the same price when they arrived exactly. The job was done in 1.5 hours. They even helped remove some heavy boxes for me that were obstructing the hot water heater. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to others.

I wish I could remember the name of the plumber who helped fix our plumbing because he was truly a life saver that day.

About a week ago, my bathrooms were completely flooded. Apparently the toilet that no one used decided to work.. on it's own.. and flood the hallways and both bathrooms. It was an absolute nightmare. I was recommended to use Henson Plumbing from neighbors who raved about their attention to detail and reliability.

I was told that he'd be there in the afternoon and in no less than an hour, 11:30am, he was there. I had shut off the water prior to him getting there, but he swooped in and it was like he was superman. Within a matter of 45 minutes he fixed our problem and even helped clean some of the flooded area in the bathrooms.

What I liked the most was that when I asked questions regarding what he was doing, or you know, pestering him about it, he didn't seem to mind. In fact, it was quite an enlightening learning experience and it seemed like he enjoyed letting me know how things worked and what certain things did.

The service was quick, but very detail-oriented. I could tell that he wasn't just getting through with it really quick to just get it done and over with, but rather that he was a very skilled and intelligent person who knew exactly what to do and how to do it in a timely fashion. It was refreshing (especially since our previous pumbler -not from Henson-, was the former, and was the reason why we had this problem)

I would definitely recommend Henson Plumbing to anyone who asked.

I've used Henson Plumbing 4 times now. First was to fix a job I tried to save money on to replace shower fixtures. What a mistake! I should have called Henson's first. They're reliable and fast! Israel is very professional and does a great job! He has also replaced a leaking water heater, my kitchen faucet and traced a leak in my bathroom that led to minimal water damage. I wouldn't hesitate in calling them again. Thank you Israel and Henson Plumbing!

Noticed my water heater had started leaking over the weekend. Since it did not seem to be a great emergency I asked them to contact me Monday for an appointment. They called early Monday morning and we set a time. Matt came out and looked over the water heater and stated it still had some warranty left in it. He had brought a replacement water heater but explained he would need to take this back and go to the dealer to get the brand I had installed for a replacement. He left and returned within 1.5 hours with the replacement and installed it. Good job, cleaned up well and the best news is he saved us over $600. Only charged for the labor. Nice to use and support local businesses where you get the honesty of years of service.

Woke up Friday morning w/ my wife's shower all over our kitchen floor. I decided to bypass all the full or double page ads in the Yellow Pages and went for the one voted Brentwood's Best in 2011 (and every year prior to that). Henson Plumbing is definitely Brentwood's Best!

Israel showed up w/ in half an hour after my call; they moved around some jobs to rush over to ours. Within in an hour he had the clog cleared and even cleaned out the drain to my daughter's slow-draining tub. Quick, professional service, bottom line. I would definitely recommend them! It is nice to receive personable service from local businesses!

Yep, as good as it gets. Found a leaking water heater while working in garage. Lowe's quoted $1050 with next day intall (not bad) but wife said Henson's worked items at her job and they were very good. Went by Henson's (by Ace Hardware not Sunset as Googlemaps shows) and was quoted $969 with install in about an hour. Dave showed up on time and 3 hours later we had a new heater.installed and working great A+++.

I received three estimates for replacement of my ""clean-out"" from my house to the street. The pipes were corroded & new pipes were necessary. The estimate i received from Henson was professional--a detailed explanation of what they would do & how long it would take. The price was excellent. Henson did the work two months ago & my clean-out is working! I am very glad i chose them and would call them again if needed for other plumbing problems.
