Called after hours for a drainage backup and the dispatcher was very nice. Leo called me to inquire what was happening and gave me a quote. He was here within 30 minutes. They wore a mask ( COVID-19 ERA) and were patient in explaining everything they were doing. They used a snake and cleared my drain line which ran almost to the street. Very professional and they got the job done quickly. Will call them in the future when I need a PRO.

Needed to post another review for BHI Plumbing, after another great visit on a small leak in my front yard. I called BHI Plumbing and let them know that a small leak had reappeared. Matthew returned to my house and went to work to find where the water was coming from. The area where the street line connects to the house line was overgrown with grass from the excess water. Matthew started tearing away at the grass and cleared the water from the area. He identified that the leak was on the street side and advised to contact the water company for further repair.

Again, BHI Plumbing and Matthew were attentive to my concerns and provided great service. I highly recommend BHI Plumbing to assist in any water leak issues or concerns. They will not disappoint.

We were having plumbing issues and had to call BHI about 3 times over a month. Most times were late-night but we received immediate assistance each time. We received estimates before coming out (since there are emergency fees, which are reasonable) and had full inspection and repairs quickly. It usually took them under an hour to get to us from the initial call.

Joe was our main guy and always helpful, friendly, on-time and each time he talked us not just through the repair process but explained to us in detail the overall issue and what our options could be to repair the core problem.

We eventually decided it was best to repair our main line to solve the issue. Again, Joe and BHI handled the schedule and process and also gave us multiple estimates based on how much we wanted to repair and worst-case-scenario type situations (if it was worse than they expected once they get in). Their estimates were always accurate at the end and we never experienced surprise fees or charges. They offered good financing options and walked us through that process as well.

Joe had great communication throughout the process, calling and messaging us to check in and provide us updates. The guys worked quickly, efficiently and we would absolutely recommend them to anybody for plumbing services. We're glad that we don't have to worry about plumbing issues anymore and that their work comes with a guarantee. You can trust these guys will take care of you!

Brian and his team took care of our family's needs. We were remodeling our house and realized we needed new plumbing and a new septic system. While he was giving us an estimate he gave us a new idea to bring the septic tank to the front yard! It didn't cost us anymore it just made it easier for future plumbing needs. Great, quick, and Excellent service. I would of rated 5 but missed a small leak during inspection, but was not the original problem I called for so negligible. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

They were able to diagnose the problem to my furnace heater fairly well. However they are a bit pricey. My low voltage transformer needed replacing, plus diagnostics = $320. My control panel was also causing intermittent starts and also needed replacing. I didn't use them to install the control panel, I did it myself.

Workers showed up without shoe covers (luckily I had some available). The guys were stinky and dirty and seemed unprofessional. Did not hire.

These guys came out and changed the furnace in my apartment. When they were done they left a mess. They left pieces of cut wires, pieces soldering sticks, debris from the old furnace, multiple air leaks. My wife was home teaching and the 2 techs just left without saying a word even though she was on a break and available. So she didn't know what was going on.
So we had to have them come back and fix the air leaks. They would not give my wife a set time for arrival even though she told them that she is working from home. We were told it will be between 8am to 1pm. They showed up at 2pm while she was in a school meeting.
When the 2 techs left once again they didn't say they were done or what. When I got home (I'm a hvac/r tech) only 2 air leaks were fixed and the ac unit isn't as cold as it was before the furnace install. They also left piping debris and tape debris on the floor.
Like people say, if you want something done right, do it yourself.

Had a great experience with my technician Joe. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The work he did was nothing short of perfect . I would definitely recommend him and BHI to family and friends. They have great financing 0 interest for 12 months. You have to have a 700 score to qualify, but it definitely helps in these tuff times if you do meet the requirements. Thank you again Joe and BHI for your outstanding services.
