Both sinks in our kitchen clogged up! After putting out a call for quotes I heard back from BHI in less than 30 seconds--no joke. They were able to schedule me that same day and the plumber showed up 45 minutes later. Mathew was helpful, generous and quick. Five stars, highly recommended.

Had to call in a professional to fix/replace the bathroom sink P Trap after I changed the faucet and couldn't get the new one I bought to fit probably and the old one leaked like crazy. Joe was friendly, professional, didn't quote me one price and then give me a higher when he arrived (I had sent pictures so there shouldn't of been for this specific job but I've see it in the past) but honestly what did it for me is he's the first plumber that's actually cleaned up his own mess, more specifically the small stuff left behind from his work on the floor. Any other technicians out there reading this, EVEN IF YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE YOUR CUSTOMER NEEDS TO CLEAN THEIR BATHROOM FLOORS (that's me in this case) DOESNT ME WE WANT ALL THAT EXTRA DEBRIS THAT WASNT THERE BEFORE YOU STARTED!

Had a busted pipe under the house that was leaking. Joe Zoetemelk came out and got under the house to access what was going on. After examining the pipe Joe gave me a quote on what needed to be done to correct the problem. He was very polite and courteous. Very professional in the way everything was explained and detailed. Joe and his partner Jay came out a few days later and got to work. Within a matter of minutes they had the old pipe from under the house out. He layed the pipe out across the front yard so that I could see the damage. Joe explained the whole process of the repair and walked me through everything. Just want to say what a very professional job these gentlemen did. I would highly recommend BHI to all of my friends and family. If you need any work done give these guys a call. You won't be sorry. They have done previous work at the house and are always professional and courteous. Thanks again to Joe, Jay and the whole BHI crew. Job well done and will be using you guys again in the future.

Watch out! Always get a second opinion! We woke up Saturday morning to no heat in our house so I called BHI. They sent someone out within a couple of hour which I appreciate. He went on my roof to evaluate. He came down with an estimated cost of between $500 and $700 and couldn't get the parts until Monday. Mind you, it's January and 63 degrees in my house. They left with an appointment for Monday. We decided to get a second opinion and called A Avis. There came out, again a couple of hours later and after evaluating my whole heating system, it was found to ONLY be my thermostat! The guy from BHI never mentioned the thermostat as part of the problem nor did he even look at it. It's the last time I will call them!

Great company to hire if you have any plumbing issues. I had an overflow from my upstairs shower down to the downstairs restroom. BHI was quick to identify the problem. They were able to fix the problem with a reasonable price. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!

We had a leaking shower faucet and I attempted to remove and replace the inertial workings. Could not get it out and had no water to the house so I called BHI for some assistance. They had a quick response and came out same day. The plumber looked at the problem and said he could pull the part out quick and he had a replacement. He proceeded to go to his truck and grab the part. He installed it and put the finishes back on. I turned the water back on at the street and everything worked great. He then gave me an invoice/bill for $270. I was shocked at the price, especially since I was never given a price for the work. If you are planning on using BHI they do good work, but don't let them touch anything without giving you a quote or they could charge you any price they want. I would not use again.
