Had a backed up toilet/bath system issue.Technician arrived in a timely manner, was able to troubleshoot and quickly clear based on my description. John was thorough and explained the common complications of older plumbing in a manner that was meant to educate rather than overwhelm or upsell, which I appreciate. They scoped the line to the street to verify clearing, and made recommendations for upgrades and to hydro jet which I couldn't do today. However, when I am ready, I know where to call.

repaired concrete slab and toilet flange on slab floor. the work that the two David""sdid was excellent about the cost of the job I assume was the average rate for the job who complains about the price if the job is good . Ive had a lot of lousy plumbers the last couple of years and these two guys have restored my faith that there are still good plumbers that know what they are doing.i give them 5 stars.

Eric at Henleys plumbing has been to our house for 2 separate house calls. The first call was for a clogged bathtub, and the 2nd call today was due to a leak under the kitchen sink. He was fast, thorough, honest, and very kind. He did not try to upscale or charge any additional fees. Next time I'm in need, we will be calling Eric at Henley's Plumbing.

I got an estimate from them to replace my water heater and they were able to replace it that same day. Super convenient since I was having trouble getting hot water from my previous 10 yr old water heater. The price is what you would expect and the plumbers are good people.
