I just want to start by saying Josh from the Henley's crew is awesome! Super knowledgable and professional with his work. Our company enjoys giving him a call for more work when ever we get the chance. I want to thank all of the staff over there as well for quick billing and estimating. Being a large Charter school company we can not afford to close our doors for months, Josh and his crew worked exceptionally hard and made things happen under a very short time window. I highly recommend asking for josh and seeing for yourself how good these guys are.

Henley's Plumbing and Air responded to me very quickly after placing a request for service. The technician Jose Navarro was very helpful and knowledgeable during the service request. He was able to help me with a leaking faucet and flushed my water heater. He was very informative about the water heater and gave me suggestions on how to better take care of it for future events. Pricing was very fair and I'm happy to have had their services. I will definitely contact Henley's plumbing and Air for any future repairs and services.

Eric C. of Hensley's Plumbing is fantastic! I can't say enough about his professionalism and ability to get things done.

He represents your company well. I made a call to this company at approximately 130 this afternoon and was told by the person who answered that someone would arrive between 2 and 4 same day!
it wasn't 30 min after my call that Eric C. showed up. professionally dressed and immediately offering to cover his shoes before entering my home.

He immediately began assessing my plumbing issue and located and resolved the issue within 10 minutes!
if I could give more than 5 stars to this company I would. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being best, I give Eric C. a 10+
I will certainly use Hensey's Plumbing again - I hope they send Eric, and of course I'll recommend Hensley's to friends and family. I may even post this to, our neighborhood site as people often ask for recommendations on that site.

Henley's tech Ricardo was outstanding today: professional, no sales pressure, and we believe we got a great price too. It's almost shocking to have great service like that these days, and so far all of Henley's techs have been outstanding this way -- 3 total since we switched to Henley's since the pandemic after the HVAC company that sold us our AC kept canceling on us and gave us the runaround. So thanks guys and keep it up -- from Angie and her little sister Letty!

Ricardo arrived on time and was great! Fixed our garbage disposal twice and never judges us on how many times he's been to the house to fix! Great customer services and prices! Will call again to help replace our dishwasher .

So I had a clog in my kitchen sink and they sent out a tech to look at it. My bathroom toilet was clogged as well which I told the tech when he came out. So he ran a snake on the outside of my house and opened up the sink drain. The tech name was Ricardo he kept pushing me to set up an appointment for the jet setting which would flush out the drain but it rans1400 dollars. Instead of trying to fix the problem he is trying to up sell me. After he is done he did not even look at the toilet he was is a rush to leave gives me his personal phone number and says if you want to call me to do so?? Well anyways like two weeks later the sink is backing up again. So I called a Plummer my buddy told me about which came out took his time fixed everything and quoted a price on the jet setting for way cheap. I will not call this company again the tech was just trying to up sell me the whole time and really did not fix the problem and it cost me 220. dollars for a job half done.
