I called in for a broken water tank heater issue around 10AM and Jose Navarro was able to come out, provide a quote, and install a new water tank all before 5PM. Fast response and service, even on a Saturday.

This afternoon at 1 o'clock, we discovered that our plumbing was backing up, and the restroom floor was flooded. In a bit of a panic, I went on Yelp to look for a plumber and came across Henley's Plumbing among several others.

I was impressed by how quickly Henley's Plumbing responded. Within the hour, they sent Eric to our home. Eric was not only very pleasant but also extremely professional from the moment he arrived until he completed the job. He efficiently diagnosed the issue and got everything running smoothly again.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Henley's Plumbing and highly recommend them. Eric, in particular, deserves special mention for his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Thank you, Henley's Plumbing, and thank you, Eric!

My A/C went out and I wasn't sure what the problem was so I called Henley's to come take a look. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were professional.

However, their tech arrived, spent about 20-30 minutes looking at our unit and then told us that he can't diagnose (and won't work on) a unit that is 20 years old. He said it could be anything and he had no idea what the problem was. He did, however, give us a quote to buy a new system for $15K. When he left, our thermostat was no longer connected and there were things not put back together with the unit.

We then called a different technician who diagnosed the problem as some wiring that was out of place and causing a short. Imagine if we'd paid $15K for something as simple as a minor wiring issue.

If Henley's doesn't work on old units they should mention that somewhere on their page, or in the process of scheduling an appt. And just a note about age of the unit, there are more homes over 20 years old than under, so it's probably not uncommon to see older units. I wonder if this is just a scheme to get people to spend big money on new systems.

I just want to start by saying Josh from the Henley's crew is awesome! Super knowledgable and professional with his work. Our company enjoys giving him a call for more work when ever we get the chance. I want to thank all of the staff over there as well for quick billing and estimating. Being a large Charter school company we can not afford to close our doors for months, Josh and his crew worked exceptionally hard and made things happen under a very short time window. I highly recommend asking for josh and seeing for yourself how good these guys are.

He was able to help me with a leaking faucet and flushed my water heater. He was very informative about the water heater and gave me suggestions on how to better take care of it for future events. Pricing was very fair and I'm happy to have had their services. I will definitely contact Henley's plumbing and Air for any future repairs and services.

Eric C. of Hensley's Plumbing is fantastic! I can't say enough about his professionalism and ability to get things done.

He represents your company well. I made a call to this company at approximately 130 this afternoon and was told by the person who answered that someone would arrive between 2 and 4 same day!
it wasn't 30 min after my call that Eric C. showed up. professionally dressed and immediately offering to cover his shoes before entering my home.

He immediately began assessing my plumbing issue and located and resolved the issue within 10 minutes!
if I could give more than 5 stars to this company I would. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being best, I give Eric C. a 10+
I will certainly use Hensey's Plumbing again - I hope they send Eric, and of course I'll recommend Hensley's to friends and family. I may even post this to, our neighborhood site as people often ask for recommendations on that site.
