Read to save money!!Straight scammers!!! I thought I had a leak in the front yard due to a puddle in my front yard and a tripled water bill. I do have a pool and water softening system by the way I'll tell you why this matters! So I called to set up an appointment they were on time and respectful.. since the puddle was in the front yard by the curb side they started their so called inspection which they only checked the front not the inside of my home, not my pool, not my water softenening system which could get stuck on regen mode which causes the system to continuously recycle water which could raise the water bill just for your information if you're reading this!
So only the front is check and they found the So call leak which they say is the main water line. They call their operation manager Chris holtkary put of san bernardino i believe...he comes within 15 minutes gives me a 10,000 quote to bore a new line under turf bit since I'm a VETERAN and AAA member they'll do it for 7900. And boy was he trying to sell it felt like he was a car salesman. So I take the quote and tell him I'll get back to him.
Well I had another guy from all star plumbing come out within 10 minutes tells me it's not my main waterline walks back to my pool checks the pool automatic float and BOOMMMMMM !!!! the float was too high cause my water to constantly fill while it was draining and my drainage pipe was in my front yard by the curb which what I thought was my leak!!! It was just the pool constantly draining!!
Bottom line the 2 guys lied to be and being the operation Manger he should of doubled checked the issue before trying to sell a 10k job!

So grateful for their quick and attentive service! My water pressure regulator burst on me and we had no water in the home. Called several other companies but they couldn't promise to come out earlier than Tuesday or Wednesday! Not Acceptable!! David with BHI Plumbing came to my house within an hour of my phone call. Despite the fact that it was an emergency, I didn't feel I was being gouged and the service fees were definitely reasonable (given the circumstances). Very pleased with the promptness and quality of the service. Thanks David and BHI for taking care of what was otherwise a disaster!

Grateful for this company. We had a gas leak coming from our water heater. The gas company came out and explained we needed to replace parts on the water heater.
Thankfully the parts arrived sooner than expected but, it is a Friday evening and my family and I are so grateful for BHI sending Dave to help install the parts needed to get the water heater working again.
Dave is very professional and knowledgeable.
He arrived on time and fixed the water heater.

I used them for some work at my job. They did a great job, so I tried them for a toilet issue at my house. I asked if they could come the next morning and they did. They said they would be there between 8-10 am and they were. They sent a young man named Justin. Justin was very informative and fixed our toilet. He left our bathroom clean and like he was never there. I will be using them again..

Call is Plumbing Company at 4 AM because I had an emergency issue we can add my home and was told I would get a call back they never called back. Unreliable do not stress call another place.

We have a membership with BHI amd this either the 4th or fifth job that they have done on our house. We thought the main line had to be replaced, they found the actual problem, got it done quickly and waaaayyyy under the quoted price. The entire crew was super nice and professional. They left everything looking great.
