On time and very Professional. Had a number of complications with our AC system and they took their time to really run every diagnostic. It couldn't be fixed the first time around, and even with being overworked and slammed in the middle of a heatwave, they came 'before' hours to conclude the problem. Not often you find Honest workers, but Nick was Amazing.

Henley's Plumbing and Heating performed maintenance on our 17 year old a/c unit last year. At our request, the rep. reviewed replacement options for both the furnace and a/c unit, and quoted a price. The rep then left without pressuring us for the replacement job.
We contacted Henley's again last week and received the same very reasonable price quote from Brian Henley Jr. We contracted for the job to replace our units with the Allied Gold package.
The installers arrived on time this week. They draped our flooring from the front door to under the attic hatch, to access the heater. They were careful both inside and out; friendly, professional and uber efficient. In under eight hours, the job was done and dusted. They replaced the a/c and furnace, hauled away the old units and carried away all related trash and packing materials. Edgar explained use of the new thermostat and left instructional materials.
We highly recommend this State licensed, bonded and insured company, and their installers, Edgar and Pablo.

The condensation line from heater in 2nd bathroom was making a loud noise, my warranty company told me they don't come out for noises showing the video I recorded of my problem to a lot of people no one knew what was causing the noise. I called Henley Plumbing and Air I found them on yelp while doing my homework on another company and texted them the video. They sent a plumber out the next day free of charge for a free estimate the plumber check everything out and the plumbing was fine, but he got on his phone with HVAC team at Henley's plumbing and Air and they were able to diagnose the problem. It was the condensation line running into the 2nd bath. I purchased a membership for 15.99 a month and they came back out a did a physical analysis of my HVAC and a tune up. I didn't pay anything on the 2nd trip because I purchased the membership. They also gave me a free HVAV filter and a free estimate for the cost of redirecting the condensation line. The guys were friendly. The ladies in the office were friendly. There was just a question about doing things to code. I had an excellent experience and would recommend Henley plumbing and Air. Praise God for them. Thank you Jesus.

Henley's Plumbing in Corona done a great job on my furnace maintenance. Their communication are perfect and always pick up the phone during business hour. Their maintenance package for ac and furnace are affordable. I highly recommend to get their maintenance package.

We contacted Henleys to fix a severely clogged shower drain. They were able to send a tech out on very short notice, and their customer service was professional and prompt throughout the entire process.

I am thoroughly impressed by the responsiveness, professionalism and workmanship of the staff at Henley's with the best price. Booking an appointment was a breeze and Elizabeth was very communicative. The technician William arrived on time. He was very professional, personable and very communicative in helping us understand the issue. His supervisor (Henry?) also had a great attitude in explaning the issue clearly. We got the best quote in terms of pricing with Henley's. William's friendly nature and personable attitude made our family be at ease while he was working diligently on this slightly time consuming repair in the house. After the repair was complete, William went over the details and addressed the concerns we had following the repair and how the repair would handle it. Thanks William for being so patient and accomodative! There is also a 1 year leak warranty on the repair of the leak. I am happy we went with Henley's and highly recommend them.
