Best plumbing contractor. I have an issue with a leaky bathing tub faucet, and they showed up on time (the next day) and on time and immediately tried the most economical method by replacing the cartridge. When that failed, they replaced the entire faucet at a very low cost and they get the job done immediately. The technician was knowledgeable and skillful in what they do. Got the faucet replaced within an hour.

The technicians came in and immediately asked to sell me a service package before even looking at my 20 year old air conditioner. When that was shot down, they had other packages I could buy. When I explained that's not what I called for, wanted a service and recharge, I was met with all the additional charges I would have to approve before he could even proceed. I feel they try to upsell from the beginning and when they get a no, then other fees are added on. I just wanted a simple service and coolent.

Recently moved into a new home in Corona and asked BHI to look at a few items in need of repair and maintenance, including the A/C and various plumbing fixtures. BHI told us ahead of time when their representative would arrive, and we met the wonderful Leo Jr., who came right on time, reviewed everything with us in detail, provided clear estimates, and knocked out the work the same day and the following day with no trouble. He knew his stuff (and when there was a rare unknown, he knew people who would have the answers), and we couldn't be more pleased with how BHI has helped us so far. I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling in the down stairs guest bedroom on my house. I reached out to a few places to see what it would cost to have them come diagnose the issue. BHI Plumbing was very quick to respond to my message requesting a quote. They told me they do not charge a fee for finding the issue so and since they had a lot of good reviews I went with them. I scheduled them to come out to my home today between 2-4. Before they left I got a text letting me know they would be coming. David came and located the issue and it was the Wax Ring in the upstairs bathroom which has deteriorated.

I declined to have it fixed and like they promised it was completely free. The Wax Ring is honestly so easy to do there is no charge to justify having someone else take care of it. I thanked David and he completely understood my decision and was a complete pro the whole time. I know if I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I will be calling BHI because not only were they completely upfront and honest in everything they did they were professional the whole time.

I have heard horror stories about Plumbers from people in the past but let me tell you, I do not see how you could find one with BHI Plumbing.

Leo Jr was polite and professional. At no extra charge, Leo walked through my home and inspected all faucets and our water heater. Unlike the other outfit I called to get a quite, BHI stayed on top of their estimate and kept me posted throughout the work order process.

Earlier this evening after 7:30 PM, our sewer mainline unexpectedly went into clog mode smh. I found out the gross way when I walked into the bathroom and the tub was filled with crap and toilet was out of service as well. I jumped on Yelp hoping to find someone able to come thru asap! I searched ""Plumbing service 24.7"" and BHI Pumbing popped up first. I read thru the reviews and was hopeful to get help tonight. I sent a message and called their office. Ms Irene was so pleasant and great customer service assuring me someone will call me momentarily then Mr Stuart responded via Yelp message and he too assured me I will be contacted soon and within seconds of reading his message then Mr David the plumber called me and I relayed the situation and also noted I'm a tenant to which he had no problem communicating with our landlord and from there he called me back with an ETA of 20 minutes, score! I've never been so excited to see sewer backup recede all the way back down to stream out into its original flow omg lol!! Shout out to Mr David the Plumber for saving our household tonight and Ms Irene & Mr Stuart as well. I def will be referring your company to love ones in the area, thanks again!

We contacted them on a Sunday after discovering that our first floor plumbing had clogged. The receptionist was polite and Leo, the plumber, responded within an hour.
Leo was easy to work with and had all the COVID-19 protective gear; not that we cared, but I know some people do.

BHI will be our go to for any future plumbing issues.
