We've had Henley's services a couple of times before and both of them were great experience overall - until the last one. We wanted them to fix a leaking shower. I wasn't home then so my wife had to deal with the technician. The technician kept on telling my wife that the leak happened due to very strong water pressure so something needs to be done with it. Kept on telling her that because of this, a lot of work has to be done. Pipe needs to be replaced because it could hand the pressure, and so on. What was a small leak ended up being a $1,600 bill!! I talked to the guy telling him that its impossible that the water pressure caused it because we just installed a pressure regulator that was certified at 50psi. Also checked by the city when they were doing repairs around the block. Still, the technician kept on insisting that our pressure was way to strong. I got home, had a brand new water pressure gauge on my hand and voila! 50psi. Truly disappointed!

Today a plumber was engaged to fix a leak and decided cutting a wire to A/C on 100+ degree day was the time to do it and the kicker was they refused to send anyone back same day! So up yours incompetent aholes. Also you were going to do that regulator thing for the water pressure, $1700 job-CANCELLED!

David and RJ from Henleys were exceptional! We called them because our kitchen sink was clogged, and they came the same day to fix it. Although the sink clogged up again after a few days, Henleys promptly scheduled a follow-up visit. They easily identified the issue during their second visit and provided helpful tips to prevent future clogs. Their professionalism was outstanding - they wore protective coverings for our floors, had clean uniforms, and were very punctual. I highly recommend Henleys, especially David and RJ, to anyone needing reliable and thorough service.

Jose N. just came to my house and did the magic! My sink was clogged and Jose provided an excellent service of not only unclogging but wearing shoe covers, cleaning the premises, using the floor mat. He kindly explained tips on preventing clogs in the future and advised to consider hydro-jetting to avoid bigger problems.
