I have used Heise's Plumbing 4 times over the past 8 years. Dave, the owner, is fantastic and so is his crew. He has done a variety of projects like moving water line in kitchen, replacing a toilet, and installing a utility sink in the garage. Dave does not cut corners and does the job right. He personally came out to assess both of my big projects and then assigned the appropriate crew to do the work a few days later. He is responsive and trustworthy. I highly recommend contacting him for small or large plumbing projects.

I called Dave this morning and it was such a pleasure to get someone on the phone that was knowledgeable rather than a scheduler. He immediately gave me a time slot for that afternoon. Gilbert the plumber called me as promised when he was 10 minutes out and arrived on time and happy to help out. Complete confidence in Gilbert, the man has seen it all I'm sure. I hope I don't need to call again any time soon but so happy I have someone I feel good about in the event I need help.

I am appalled with their service. They came out to our home in November 2015 to repair our water heater (which they repaired the previous year) & to fix the hot water for our bathroom sink. Our water heater was repaired satisfactorily but I had to call them later that day because our bathroom sink was still dripping water into our sink bowl when the faucet was closed. They came back to repair it the following day but ever since then our pipes have been making noise. This morning I decided to clean out our sink. My go-to items in front were fine but as I reached further for the not-often-used items I noticed that the bottom of our sink cabinet was dipping, everything was soaking wet, & there was mold 4 inches going up the sides. I turned the cold water on & nothing happened. But when I turned the hot water on, a thin stream of water started pouring from the pipes. We didn't have any of this damage when Heise's Plumbing came out after Thanksgiving 2015. I'm pregnant so I have to wait until my husband can clean out the sink & dispose of everything. Our entire fixture will have to replaced & there is structural damage to the floor. Our $300 + repair job has just turned into a major project & health hazard.

I Wish I could give Mark 100 Stars! Heise's Plumbing was the third company I called after my neighbor recommended them and luckily third time is a charm. I had a small leak and water pressure issue and it was basically making me miserable. I called Heise's and told them what all the other plumbers had told me I would have to do (w/out seeing my problem). They made no opinion and scheduled an apt the next day. Mark came ON TIME and was great at explaining everything to me, told me what I could do now that would give me some time then told me what I would ultimately need to do to fix the problem. Came completely prepared to fix it all, parts and everything. In and out in 30 minutes!
As a new home owner I'm always interested in learning what the problem is and he was great at explaining and showing me everything. Mark Made me love showering again!

Heise's did a complete copper replumbing of our house when we bought it almost thirty years ago and helped us numerous times over the years. Yesterday, the water department showed up unexpectedly and said we had a leak on our side of the meter and they were going to shut off our water unless we could get it fixed that day. I got on the phone with Dave at Heise's and although he it was a big stretch, he was able to find some of his workers to come that afternoon and take care of it so we wouldn't have our water shut off. This above-and-beyond service seems the norm for the folks at Heise's.

I had a small gas leak at my moms house and PG&E turned off the gas. These guys came the next day took care of the leaking valves and were very careful making sure leaks were fixed. I highly recommend these guys and am so glad my neighbors recommended them!

I had number of plumping issues. Mark came over, he was awesome. He fixed all my problems fast, explaining everything to me. He extremely nice. It was a great experience overall.

My realtor pointed me to Dave to get some help on a clogged sewer drain, and while he told me right out that he was solidly booked, he also pointed me the in right direction.

Dave asked for my address, and even looked through his calendar to see if he could make it work to have his machine came by (4 stars already for going above and beyond).

Once I clarified with him where the problem was - which was paper coming out of the square curb-side vent - he directed me to call 311. Apparently it's the city's not yours to deal with. And super easy - they'll send someone out in 24 hours. Good to know! (5 stars)

The reviews on yelp looked great, but I couldn't get past the rude, cranky receptionist. I called to get an estimate of what it would cost to unclog a couple of drains, as well as their availability. The woman answering the phone was so unpleasant and unprofessional that I decided not to bother and will go with another plumber.
