Dave and his crew are great. They're are go to people for water heater repairs and replacements, snaking drains etc. They do it all. Their prices are fair and they treat their employees well.

Mark came today to put in a shower valve. Mark arrived on time and corrected our problem. He explained everything very thoroughly so not only do we have a functioning shower valve now, but we have confidence in the work. We couldn't more highly reccomend Heises - Thanks Mark!

Absolutely our g-to plumbers. We've been calling them in for years, first in our Mission Terrace condo, and now in our Parkside/Sunset home. They have cleared our drains, replaced sections of aged, rotting waste pipe, installed a direct water supply to a new refrigerator, and recently installed a gas line feed to supply a fireplace insert unit (Heise's secured the necessary permit).

I have developed a level of confidence in Heise's that translates to repeat business...and recommendations.

I have never written a review on Yelp but had such great service from Heise's Plumbing I felt compelled to do so. I called early Friday morning, had an appointment for 11.30AM the same morning to fix a very messy, very clogged kitchen sink. I got home at 11.35 and Thomas was already here and hard at work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made the fix and gave me suggestions for it not to happen again. Not only did he take pride in his work and the company he works for, he is very friendly and we had a great conversation.

I was very pleased with this company. They were both kind and professional. They scheduled me the next day and we were lucky to get Mark. He arrived early which worked perfectly for us. Was in and out quickly but not without cleaning up after himself. I highly recommend them!

Another fine experience with Heise's, whom I've been using for years. More than on-time; first thought was maybe the problem faucet was stripped but turned out it just needed adjustment. Did it so fast and well (making sure everything ""lined up"" and looked as well as worked well) I had him tighten a similar faucet model in another bathroom. Still in and out really quickly. Plumber today was Mark.
