Having used Heine Plumbing over the last 10-15 years, They were our first call when we discovered a water stain in our kitchen ceiling.
Calling for an appointment was easy as can be. John dropped by the same day and did a great job diagnosing the problem, cut a hole in the sheet rock and discovered a pin-hole in one of the pipes. Shutting off the water, covering the work area with drop-cloths then proceeded to remove the leaky section and replace it. He took the time to clean-up more than we would have expected. John was great at explaining the whole procedure as he was working. Thanks again, John for a job well done.

We were very pleased with the work that John from Heine Plumbing did for us. We had a slight problem after he left but he came back as soon as he could to fix it and then went out of his way to find a toilet tank lever that matched the rest of the bathroom fixtures. Would definitely recommend!

Heine Plumbing is highly professional and Chris, field technician who repaired our leaking water heater, was extremely courteous, honest, and thorough. We discovered a large leak on a late Monday evening and contacted Heine after hours. They do offer 24hr SVC as found on Google. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the dispatch personnel as well. They took my information and informed me a technician would be calling me as soon as possible to assess my situation and indicate his availability for repair.

Chris was the technician who called me within 20mins of my initial call. He was extremely personable over the phone, informed me of possible causes and was very honest in his availability. He admitted he was the only tech on call (due to other techs' vacation days) so he would probably not be able to reach me compared to other plumbing companies I had contacted before him. I appreciated that. The other company that did promise to call back NEVER did (poor first impressions) even after a couple of follow-up calls from me. Chris offered to fit me into his schedule the following day and again was honest in admitting it was already a full schedule. He promised to contact me in the morning to update as to when I may be expecting him to come to my house. As promised the next morning, he called and indicated he was able to adjust his service calls and made our house his second stop. I was floored as to how he treated our issue with as much concern as the other calls. He made the effort to show genuine attention to our cause and came onsite, repaired our water heater issue efficiently. He also provided advice as to replacement of our heater as it is 16yrs old and estimated how much longer it may be good for.

OVERALL REVIEW: excellent recommendation for plumbing needs, professional staff, prompt replies and follow-ups, honest advice. I commend Heine for employing such a professional as Chris. Thank you so much again Chris for exemplary service!!

If I could give 10 more stars, I would!!!!! I just happened to pick Heine Plumbing & Heating out of a handful of companies. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!!! I don't know where to start, honestly, because my experience with this company was AWESOME from the start!
First off....""Ma'am""?!??!?! I haven't had a young man call me ""Ma'am"" in.... well, NEVER! It was so nice hearing a young man have manors!!!!
Kris was so professional. He knew his stuff!!! It was so reassuring having him explain everything because it was clear that he knew exactly what to do in our situation. I didn't feel like he memorized a whole lot of stuff just to sell me stuff I didn't really need. You could see he had a passion for what he does. He was extremely thorough and made sure I understood everything.
Kris was VERY honest. HONESTY isn't something you find often! Everyone is trying to make money and will tell you things just to get you to buy things. Kris did NOT do this. He told me what he thought would be best. No pressure to buy anything.
Speaking to Dotty was a pleasant experience. Always helpful and informative. Quick to call back and appointment availability was great!
Kris installed our new water softener quick and neatly. He cleaned up after himself....in fact.... I think he left the area cleaner than it was when he first started!

I cannot say enough about John Heine, his very friendly answering service, or his crew.
We've had to call him 3 times for emergencies, once for a burst kitchen pipe, once for a frozen then burst heating pipe, once for a heating issue, then we've called over the years a few other times- to see what was going on with a slow drain, the furnace wasn't kicking on, etc.
During the emergencies- well, most reading this are from Sussex County so you'll understand when I say this, I mean it- I've waited longer for ambulances than I ever had to for Heine Plumbing and Heating.
John is such a nice guy, and all of his employees that have been here have been very nice too. I always feel comfortable having him in my home. They are very good at explaining complicated things in layman terms so you have a full understanding of what is going on. The answering service (not sure if it's always the same dispatcher, it may be.) is always very nice, and always keeps you posted on what the status is too. I highly recommend Heine Plumbing and Heating!
