Professional and Responsive! I am truly happy with the service I received both times I have needed to call Hedrick & Young Plumbing. Chelsea returns calls promptly, and is sympathetic to my needs. Every tech has been respectful and knowledgeable. The plumbing in this home has been a constant issue for several years perhaps due to the previous owners. In January I needed the kitchen sink snaked. The line was cleared and Michael did an excellent job cleaning up after. I was told that the line may not stay unclogged because of what had clogged it (Rice by a guest... don't ask...) so unfortunately it was not warranted. Recently the kitchen sink backed up and Joshua came out. Again he was very professional and snaked the line; however, it did not clear it. Because he noticed my hesitation at the cost of a camera and possibly hydro jetting the line he called in his supervisor. Together they showed me the sludge and grease that was clogging the line with the camera. After they ran the flex shaft machine and the stoppage was cleared they re-ran the camera to show how much cleaner the pipe was. (It's always great to see it for yourself!) Again the kitchen sink was cleaned up very well. Later I noticed that after I had run the dishwasher I didn't notice the strange odor that would usually linger if I didn't unload it right away. Could that be due to the sludge/grease issue? If so this was a welcome surprise! Thanks everyone at Hedrick & Young Plumbing for your prompt service and for treating me as a valued customer.

Great experience and satisfaction with this company.
Needed work done ASAP due to water heater leaking all over the garage and into the drywall. They responded promptly and actually did what turned out to be a half day's worth of work. My technician, Parker Russell (maybe Russell Parker, senior moment) was professional, highly skilled and fully explained every procedure in layman's terms.
Completed job was excellent he even scrubbed the garage to remove the residue from the cut out drywall. Highly recommend this company!

Vincent, at Hendrick & Young Plumbing. I want to thank you for your professionalism, and knowledge. You made a big disaster in my home much easier to deal with! It has been a pleasure working with you.

Vincent did most of the demolition at my home, after I had a fire sprinkler pipe break, and flood my ceiling, and eventually make it's way in-between my walls, and under my new floors! The whole house had to be emptied, and demoed.

Vincent, and Hendrick & Young Plumbing worked very closely with my insurance company, making sure everything down to the last details was taken care of.

Vincent worked with my insurance company to secure two very large pods that were parked in my driveway for all my furniture. Vincent worked with my insurance agent to reserve a hotel for my family while all of the work was being done on my home.

The water damage was very extensive! My home is of modest size, @2500sf. Even though approximately only 1100sf of flooring was damaged, Vincent made sure all of the flooring was replaced. The reasoning for replacing the entire flooring was, even though you can find a ""match"", unless it comes from the same ""lot Number"", it will never be an exact match! I had just had a remodel on my house approximately 6mo prior to the pipe rupture. When I purchased my flooring, it was all from one ""lot"", so my flooring was all a complete match, and thanks to Vincent, it again was a perfect matching floor throughout the entire home.

I had to have my ceiling patched, walls replaced, baseboards replaced, crown moldings replaced, and the entire interior of the house painted.

It was a long process, but in the end. Everything was fixed, and put back together exactly, if not better then before all the damage was done!

We have ongoing problems with tree roots clogging our drains so we have to have plumbers out pretty regularly. Super happy with Hedrick and Young. We Asked for a quote for the cost to clear 2 drains, got the quote back in about 20 minutes and were put schedule for later that same afternoon. Got a text confirming the appointment, a text letting me know he was on his way and a text when he was done with a link to a summary of the work performed.
Parker was amazing. He showed up early, made sure he walked the property and understood exactly what we needed, confirmed the price before starting work and completed the job efficiently and neatly. (Even washed down the sidewalk outside for good measure.) We will definitely call them again.
