Free service call? Who does that? Hedrick & Young, that's who. Last January they came out and cleaned roots out of my older pipes. They guaranteed their work for one year. 14 months later, it happened again. Because it was just outside the guarantee period, they fixed it for nothing. What a nice surprise. That's how you earn loyal customers.

I highly recommend this plumbing company as I had a MAJOR drain line job that was done in just 2 days. The lines were very deep in the ground but they were able to locate them under the driveway. After all was finished there were two 9 ft holes and a 5 ft hole from where the work was done. The guys put all of the dirt back, cleaned everything, and tested the water lines. I was impressed with how fast they were able to finish granted the difficulty of the work. This is a very professional and honest company with the best workers.

Michael called back fast for a same day appointment, at 11 am last Saturday. But nothing since then. Not only he didn't show up, but also no call before to say he can't and no call after to apologize or anything. As if the appointment never existed!!!
2 stars because they MAY BE good plumbers but certainly not good planners... not reliable.

I want to give a thumbs up to the guys at Hedrick and Young Plumbing. I live in a condo which presents unique issues when trying to arrange for a plumber. Robert at H&Y plumbing understood my problem. Worked with me to schedule a tech who would be able to fit the time that was available to me. Bryan was the tech that came out. Not only did he arrive early to make sure he had the right parts. He anticipated that I might need a newer part, which saved a time. My experience with H&Y Plumbing was very positive and I will recommend them to family and friends!! Ask for Bryan for your tech, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to have in my home.

I discovered a gas leak late Saturday and the gas company turned it off for safety reasons. The main gas line needed to be repaired before they could turn it back on. To make things worse, I knew it was going to be difficult to find a plumber who would not only come out on a Sunday but who would also provide a free estimate. Well, that's exactly what this company did for me. They came out, gave a free estimate and a fair price. They were out here yesterday (Monday) fixing the leak and today (Tuesday) I now have gas in my home. Big thanks to Dustin for all his hard work. I highly recommend them!

These guys are great! Called on a Sunday morning to get a toilet valve fixed and they had it done same day. They coordinated directly with my tenant and everything went super smooth.
