Horrible experience! Wasn't told about the charge for what I thought was a free a estimate and the rate was $167.00 per hour and $2.78 a minute. Even charged $8.00 for bio hazard gloves for an eye on water leak alert and no visible water. And $23.50 travel fee from Bedford to Bedford. The non master plumbing techs who showed up said they had lots of complaints about the estimate fees because customers aren't being told about them when setting up appointments. Told I could apply the $228 charge to the work done and the non payment fee is $250...what a rip off! I had 2 other estimates for free from other local plumbers who didn't find thousands of dollars of projects that needed to be done so I went with the one who didn't use their master plumber certification to gouge customers. It's been 3 months now and no estimate from HEB plumbing. Wish I could give less than a star.

I have to give them an A+++ rating. I called at 8:30AM on a Saturday for a clogged kitchen sink. Two plumbers were at my house by 9:00AM. I told them I had already checked the pipes under the sink but didn't find any of them clogged up. They went straight to the snake into the main drain and found the problem. My clogged sink was fixed within an hour of me calling. That's what I call outstanding service and with a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend HEB plumbing and will use them again if I have any future problems.

This company does not stand behind their work. I had a slab leak caused by poor workmanship on their previous repair.Owner refused to cover or repair their work, which was looked at by another plumber and stated that work was done incorrectly and was very poor workmanship. Owner did not even follow-up with second plumber to address issue and chose to ignore their opinion.

Her team was timely, professional and extremely patient with my questions. They did an amazing job in a short amount of time...which is lovely since you pay by the hour.

One of my bathrooms the water would come out scolding the technician came out charged me $65 and told me that I needed to get a new hot water heater and that the reason it was like that is because it was the closest bathroom to the hot water heater so then I asking so this would go away if I bought a new one and he stated yes later I found out that he should've told me to turn down the temperature on the hot water heater

I reached out for a quote. My request clearly stated where I needed service. There was confusion I'm guessing as the person on yelp said they don't service the area that my accounts address was linked to. I replied immediately stating that my properly was within the mid cities area and they haven't responded back. Nice, really nice.

This company misdiagnosed an issue with my sprinkler and charged me for un-needed parts. To make matters worse, they cut into a corrugated drain pipe when digging to repair sprinkler and said nothing to me about it. Maybe they didn't realize it when it happened, but when I brought to their attention, the owner Kathlyn dismissed me.
