These guys are amazing. They have done several different jobs for us over the short time that we've had our house. They have repair our toilet, drainage system, and now sprinkler system. They have always come out and been great to talk to and very approachable. The customer service and their work is the best I've ever had from a plumbing company! I couldn't recommend them enough

A pair of Kathlyn's crew, Chris and Eric, came out to repair a cracked water line. They were prompt to our appointment. They were very professional and kind enough to show me the problem and how to fix it. I wouldn't be able to do it but it was fun to learn. At the end of the job Kathlyn came by to introduce herself and discuss the job. It was a nice touch. This will be my go-to company for any future plumbing issues!

They were great! Fast response and very professional! They came out and assessed the issue very quickly. Chris was super helpful and determined the issue. Turns out it the leak is on the HOA side. Chris spoke to the HOA and advise them of what repairs were needed. I'll definitely call HEB with any plumbing needs!

If you need plumbing service this is the company to use!! Prompt, professional, and polite. Other family members have also you'd them and couldn't say enough how refreshing they were to deal with. With so many companies today doing things on THEIR schedule, and acting inconvenienced if you cant be there when they can, it's nice to have someone actually do something on the customer's schedule. Told me when they would be here and they showed up when they were expected. I don't give many 5 star reviews but I'd give them 6 if I could!!

This company is awesome. We have used them twice now and have received excellent service each time. The owner Kathlyn always answers the phone and is very helpful. The crew that comes out is very knowledgeable, polite, and they work quickly to resolve your issue. They fixed a faulty toilet flange in just over an hour and even cleaned up the floors after they were done. Would highly recommend this company!!

I called HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler for a leaking shower. They were out the next day, and walked me through the issue, and several options for correcting the leak. They kept me informed while they were working and their prompt and professional attitude was a welcome relief from the bad customer service I have received from other local plumbers. Definitely would recommend and use again!

Rather than detail the 'good' and the 'bad' I will explain the 'GREAT' and the 'NOT GREAT' details of my service call today. My issue was that my sprinkler system control box was displaying an error message indicating a possible solenoid or wiring fault, and none of the zones were watering on schedule.
THE GREAT
The owner was very professional and knowledgeable on the phone, had quick availability and explained the hourly rate structure up front. My licensed plumber showed up on time, systematically located my valves, and replaced a defective solenoid. Overall, a very professional experience.
THE NOT SO GREAT
These guys are plumbers, not licensed irrigators, and they charge $30 more per hour than the typical irrigation company (called a few after they left to see if I was grossly overcharged). I was also hit with several interesting charges like a dispatch fee, a testing equipment fee, and a sanitation fee (got billed for the pair of disposable gloves he wore while he was here). Overall, I got charged twice as much as the irrigate would have.
If you have broken pipes, need whole valves or lines replaced or something else severe, I'd probably use a plumber. But in the future for this sort of thing, I definitely learned my lesson.

HEB Plumbing answered the phone on the 1st try early on a Saturday morning. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Had someone out to fix the repair within a few hours.

Very good customer service and they "DON'T" charge an arm and a leg for a Saturday repair, just the standard cost same as a weekday. I called another well known company (who is constantly on TV commercials) prior to calling HEB and their charges for a Saturday were $262.00 per hour plus parts! That's just wrong! HEB will be my 1st call going forward.
