Buyer beware. Gosh, I had wished I checked reviews before hiring these folks! Seems like others have experienced the same unprofessionalism and lousy service. Believe it or not, I have never written anyone a negative review, but both Dustin Harvick (Comfort Advisor) nor Dan (Owner) have refused to return my numerous calls and emails and leave me no choice. I was hoping this would motivate them to be professional and just plain courteous, but I can see from other reviews that is unlikely.

I wrote a review about this company and they replied with a lie. All I asked for was a receipt breakdown and they don't want to give it to me because they know they overcharged. $2,000 to replace a blower motor. They claim they sent out the receipt, but it's not true.

I would not recommend this heatwave to anyone who's in need for a new air conditioning system or their services. I received a call in June 2021 for a cheap tune up on my system , which it was giving me a hard time sometimes. So they came and talked to me about replacing my unit . So we agreed on certain price for a new unit. After installing the new unit I had issues with it . I called they came and fixed it. Few days later I had issues again which it was a water leak from the pvc pipe leaking all over my utility room. So I called again, one of the owners came over to check the leak he told me the the installer should have glued the pipes together instead of just push it in. So he wrapped the pipes together and left. Month and ahalf later I was at work and my wife called me and said there is a water leak from the ac unit through out my utility room and going down to my carpet in my garage and the ac is not working. I called for service right away to come and check it out. They told me tomorrow between 3 and 6 p.m someone will be over. Next day I came early expecting to meet with the technician so we can check it out. I waited till 7:30 p.m no one called or showed up. I called again they apologized and pushed me till next day same time. Next day same thing ,no one called or showed up. To much to explain but this is the fifth day after telling me everyday when I call Next day someone will come. I asked to speak to the owner of the company to call me directly so I can let him know how frustrating I am with this bad service may be he cares about the way his company running his business. Still no one called . I was told yesterday someone will come by my house between 3 and 6 p.m. Today is the fifth day of bad promises and let's see what happens today. I am sooooooo upset with this kind of service and treatment with a brand new air conditioning system.

Living in Florida naturally leads to constant AC issues. This is the first company we have found that comes with such honesty and excellent service. We're finally confident that we found the right service.

Do not use this company! They overcharge. Wanted over $850 for a repair and stated they needed $299 just to find the leak in my system. Started saying I might need to replace the coil because the leak was probably there. I had another highly reputable company come out stated he could see the leak right away and the price was under $500.

Buyer beware. stay away. Installed new Hvac unit, died within 6 months and they tried to charge me to repair replace parts that were defective. Really really bad experience

These people stood me up. They advertised a special tune-up on WFLA. I called and made an appointment with Sara, they never showed up. I took a day off of work for this service. They failed to show without even giving me a phone call. They are a bunch of liars.

Don't call them, they will scam you. The technician gave me a long list of all the wrong things that he found, including many add ons. After declining most of the things in his list, I agreed to one of the services. Big Mistake! I was overcharged and when I contacted their billing services to get clarification on the price, they did not return my calls.

Very unprofessional. Booked an appointment and received reminder call the day before. Got a call the morning of the appointment saying the technician was on his way. Technician (John) called and asked a few questions then just hung up. He never showed up and no one bothered to call and let me know. My guess is that they determined that the job wasn't big enough and they didn't want to mess with it. However, they knew exactly what I was having them come out for when I booked the appointment. If you don't want the work, that's fine. Just have the decency to say so rather than not showing up. I would not trust a company that does not have enough respect for potential customers to take 2 minutes to at least call and cancel the appointment. They also did not answer the phone when I called to inquire about why the technician did not show up.

Ryan Jolsin, Heatwave Comfort Advisor, was so experienced when coming out to my home and giving me a estimate on my New AC System. He reviewed my current system, made excellent suggestions and answered all my questions that I had. He really made me feel COMFORTable in making this big purchase. I would highly recommend talking to him before you decide on purchasing or upgrading your home AC unit. Thanks Heatwave for hiring him and sending him to my home!!
