Terrible service. Considerably faster response from the sales people than the repair techs. My 85 yo mother purchased a new AC unit from them. Over $10K. Part of the contract was to install a new plenum. Never done. 20 months later, it's not functioning properly or giving her heat now that the weather has turned chilly. She bought a service plan with it. Nobody ever called to schedule. Get underneath and look at the workmanship. Circular flexhose used to connect to a square duct. No adapter. No seal. Generous use of spray foam though. The space under the building that was closed by the exterminators left wide open. That warrantee is now voided as well. A call for service on a Thursday was completed on the following Monday without fixing the problem. Demand for payment was made however. Tuesday more techs show up. Repair not made. Tried throwing (used) parts at the problem instead of actually drilling down and diagnosing it. Techs advise that they are quitting anyways. Tell us the company has about 3 or 4 lawsuits it's defending. Great stuff. Very reassuring. Hmmm Wonder how qualified he is? I bet he's factory certified. Wednesday, still not fixed. Now it's """" A manufacturer issue"""" Sorry, need to wait for them to call me back. Another call to the office. """"Er, tech will be there between 12-3 today"""". This at 1 pm. No phone call to advise or confirm. In the meantime, the 85 year old is weeping in her living room.

Softener water is leak , he fix it 1 hour and I paid $249

Do not use them, i left a bad review on website and owner called me up and asked me to remove it, After hanging up on him he sent me a text calling me a liar. Who runs a business like that...

Recently Heatwave came out and serviced our Condo Air Conditioner. The technician arrived on time, added Freon to rebalane the Air Conditioner, which cools much better now. The surprising thing is that the technician took the time to explain how the evaporater works, and that it important to leave your Air Conditioner on when you leave for an extended period of time because of the high humidity in Florida. I would recommend Heatwave to my friends.

Avoid at all cost! Poor install of a defective unit ( install may have caused defect ). Reused old copper in dirt and water from leaking unit. Reused low voltage wires that are aged from sun with exposed copper . Leaks cold air . Left a 1 1/2"""" x 18"""" gap for unfiltered air. They left fill valves exposed for whole storming weekend ( over sand and dirt ). Dan Billingsley, the owner has refused to talk with me. I have requested they remove their equipment and refund our money more than 2 dozen times. So far, 5 sleepless nights from the constant Drumming noise, and owner still refuses to talk with me! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I reviewed several Air Conditioning companies. I went with This company based on the knowledge and demeanor of the Sales person Kevin. 3 weeks later the Shroud behind AC rusted totally out. This was november 2022. Since that time I have made well over 20 phone calls , and have gotten the run around since then. The first time took weeks for them to come out and rather than replace the shroud with quality material they painted it , which I could have done. But paying 6,000 for this unit they need to do the right thing. Again weeks of PHone calls to manager Mercedes only to get the run around. She advised they were looking for galvanized steal to replace. Two weeks of calls to them. They come back out after being Promised by the manager Mercedes it would be replaced only to Paint the shroud again. Call place to company to have owner call me back. NO return phone call. Never a call back from manager. I am not a rich person and paying monthly for a system that is below quality. They will not do the right thing. They will not call back they continue to have excuses will have to peruse other legal actions to have resolved I have documentation for every call and action I hope they do also.

Buyer beware. Gosh, I had wished I checked reviews before hiring these folks! Seems like others have experienced the same unprofessionalism and lousy service. Believe it or not, I have never written anyone a negative review, but both Dustin Harvick (Comfort Advisor) nor Dan (Owner) have refused to return my numerous calls and emails and leave me no choice. I was hoping this would motivate them to be professional and just plain courteous, but I can see from other reviews that is unlikely.

I wrote a review about this company and they replied with a lie. All I asked for was a receipt breakdown and they don't want to give it to me because they know they overcharged. $2,000 to replace a blower motor. They claim they sent out the receipt, but it's not true.

I would not recommend this heatwave to anyone who's in need for a new air conditioning system or their services. I received a call in June 2021 for a cheap tune up on my system , which it was giving me a hard time sometimes. So they came and talked to me about replacing my unit . So we agreed on certain price for a new unit. After installing the new unit I had issues with it . I called they came and fixed it. Few days later I had issues again which it was a water leak from the pvc pipe leaking all over my utility room. So I called again, one of the owners came over to check the leak he told me the the installer should have glued the pipes together instead of just push it in. So he wrapped the pipes together and left. Month and ahalf later I was at work and my wife called me and said there is a water leak from the ac unit through out my utility room and going down to my carpet in my garage and the ac is not working. I called for service right away to come and check it out. They told me tomorrow between 3 and 6 p.m someone will be over. Next day I came early expecting to meet with the technician so we can check it out. I waited till 7:30 p.m no one called or showed up. I called again they apologized and pushed me till next day same time. Next day same thing ,no one called or showed up. To much to explain but this is the fifth day after telling me everyday when I call Next day someone will come. I asked to speak to the owner of the company to call me directly so I can let him know how frustrating I am with this bad service may be he cares about the way his company running his business. Still no one called . I was told yesterday someone will come by my house between 3 and 6 p.m. Today is the fifth day of bad promises and let's see what happens today. I am sooooooo upset with this kind of service and treatment with a brand new air conditioning system.
