They arrived in a timely manner but I feel like I was scammed. They charged be $248.91 + service call of $45.00 to replace an angle stop that took the guy 5 minutes to change. I told him I feel like I was just scammed. Then he was going to charge me $307.00 to put garage disposal back in and $267.00 to put a new faucet in. I told him to forget doing that I just needed the leak fixed. He was very professional but the prices are outrageous. It is literally a scam for the prices they charged. The plumber was very professional though I will say that.

Called for a quote, lady answers the phone and told me she could have some come out. I told her I just needed an estimate because I already know what's wrong and she hangs up on me. Wow!!! I will spread the word about the this rude company for sure. I'm glad she was like this because I rather not deal with any businesses that has no customer service at all...

I had a leaky toilet on a Sunday. I sent out messages through yelp and Heaton responded in minutes. Kris the technician was here in under two hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the issue really fast. 10/10

Great service. Knowledgeable, if talkative, plumber. Let me know exactly what he was doing, what he thought the problems were, what he planned to do to fix them. I didn't give 5 stars because their website said the fee for the appointment would be deducted from the final bill, but it wasn't and I had to ask for it to be deducted. I hired Heaton at the suggestion of Home Advisor, on which I often depend for recommendations. Heaton met my expectations for quality of service and ease of communication. Their price was about what I had expected for a plumbing company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was clear over the phone the services that I was needing. Our plans to convert an existing enclosed garage into a master bed and bath. I was very clear on the scope of work. Technician arrives only to tell me he cant provide a quote because he needs drawn out plans of the bathroom (most plumbers provide this themselves as part of the job before they open permit) and it must be done before the quote is given. So basically charged me the $45 trip fee for no information. He then verbally gave me a ballpark number just to feel justified. What

I was treated very poorly by the owner Michael Heaton today over the phone. After being quoted $1800 for a repair - I paid $900 down. Once the site was excavated - Heaton Plumbing realized I didn't have a leak. I was told that I would be fully refunded and the trench filled in. 4 days later I called to check on the status of my refund. The woman in the office explained that she would get it taken care of. About an hour later I received a call from Michael - that I would still need to pay the $45 service fee and the $125 diagnostic fee. (even though it was not diagnosed correctly) Instead of my $900 refund - I had to pay another $170. Michael was condescending to me - its not my fault the problem wasn't what the water company informed me. I can't recommend this business to anyone.

I previously had a clogged drain issue addressed by one of the major plumbing companies in town and I contacted Heaton Plumbing to give me a second opinion on what the other company said and did. Heaton's plumbers, Nathan and Josh, arrived on time, were very friendly, and performed their work very professionally. They asked about the details behind what the other company told me, and went right to work taking care of the problem. They did not attempt to oversell me on something I didn't need. When I set up the appointment, I explained the problem I was having to Christina who answered the telephone and she was very knowledgeable about the problem, then quoted me a price far less than what the other company did which is what it ended up costing me. It is not often that a homeowner has the opportunity to be provided a service at a cost that is very reasonable and with such professionalism attached to it. It goes without saying that I will be using Heaton Plumbing from this point on and I can highly recommend their company to others in my community.

Mike is an excellent & professional at Pro Plumber and came to fix our gas control valve issue right away. Literally was on his way after we spoke. He worked with the manufacturer to get the part ordered and he was available right away when it came in. The part came in and it was faulty so he resolve the issue and got the part in the next day. He was always communicating with me on the status and I felt very happy with him. He did the job attentively & professionally and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I am looking for a plumbing company to do a repiping job on an old 1960's home. I have contacted two companies, one that I saw had good reviews and another that has good reviews but was also personally recommended. I've scheduled them to come out to give me an estimate. I thought I'd find a third and I contacted Heaton plumbing and they said they would charge a $45 fee to come out that is reimbursable if they do the work. Ok, fair enough but I already have 2 other companies willing to come out at no charge. I just wanted to warn folks that they charge to come and give an estimate, just an FYI.
