Definitely would not use again! People who showed up were not knowledgeable. Cut off water to house and then discovered they did not have correct tools for the job in their truck (common set of hex wrenches used to remove bathtub valve). Left to go to home depot to purchase tools. Returned with wrong size tool and again departed to purchase correct hex size wrench. Finally, got bathtub valve removed and advised me the valve should be replaced. I examined the valve which was perfectly fine and asked plumber to explain why it should be replaced. He then changed his recommendation and said the valve was fine and did not need to be replaced. After several hours spent on what should have been a thirty minute job, I was charged $45 dollars for a "service call" which I was originally told they would wave if they did the work and $125.00 for "diagnostics" which their boss, Mike, claimed was not "work/repair" and refused to wave the service call fee. They did not fix the problem with the bathtub and charged me $170.00.for wasting my time. There are a lot of better plumbers in Houston so beware of these guys!

I would absolutes use y'all again and I may need to. Your response time was so fast and made a stressful situation so much easier. The only thing I could suggest is maybe have the employees wear booties. Our repair guy who was extremely nice by the way had arrived after a very dirty job and tracked in quite a bit of mud. That aside I would highly recommend your company!!

Heaton Plumbing is simply the best, period. I had a serious water leak in my refrigerator ice maker water line at 8 PM on a Saturday night. When I tried to turn off the water at the source. the handle snapped off in my hand. NOT GOOD. I called Heaton Plumbing, and in less than one hour, Thomas was at my house. Tom was polite, friendly, and professional. He fixed the problem, including installing a new water shut off valve, and did so in a very short period of time. The total price was less than what I had paid another plumbing company for a far simpler job during regular business hours.
I have definitely found a new plumber for all my plumbing needs, and I highly recommend them.

I had a leaking toilet and outside facet as well as a kitchen sink that needed replaced. I called Heaton and they came out very quickly.

They were police, clean, and did great work and got the work done within 2 hours. I will admit that they were a little expensive but I don't mind paying for quality work.

Initial contact by phone with Michael was very informative. I had placed a HomeAdvisor request. I had to pick up a water heater from Sears and called to request removal of old and installation on new water heater. Within two hours of request technicians arrived - informed me of specifics and completed the removal and installation in record time. The technicians were very professional and attentive to details. I would definitely recommend them.
