I bought a home air conditioning system with them and it was all around great experience - reasonably priced and they explained everything very well in the beginning I appreciated that they did not try to upsell me. They just told me what I needed and also offered options if I did want to see what upgrades were available. The salesman was great we did not feel pressured at all and felt he was being honest with us the entire time. The unit has been working wonderfully and I am very satisfied with their work

I switched to HB Home Services for my HVAC a couple years ago. Cost is high relative to my previous provider, but there are many positives.
With my previous service provider I had tremendous difficulty scheduling annual inspections when it was convenient for me. Emergency service was not available as soon as I needed it.
With HB McClure, scheduling routine visits at my convenience is very easy. Today I had my first issue that required emergency service. They came out right away. They identified the problem promptly and explained the issue. Dewy gave me the option to have them pick the part for installation today, or to come back in a couple days with the part. He clearly explained the pricing of each option, so I could make the choice that was best for me.
At this point I'm happy with my decision to go with HB Home Services.
