He was very thorough in his inspection and used gauges to verify that the coolant level was low and that was probably due to a leak in the system. He quoted pricing on two different ways to find the leak but suggested that we not spend that money on a 17 year old system. Appreciated his candor in that regard. All in all, he instilled confidence in his integrity and be extension that of his company.
