Technician Steve arrived on time with the knowledge that we suspected a leak in our heat pump. He was very thorough in his inspection and used gauges to verify that the coolant level was low and that was probably due to a leak in the system. He quoted pricing on two different ways to find the leak but suggested that we not spend that money on a 17 year old system. Appreciated his candor in that regard. All in all, he instilled confidence in his integrity and be extension that of his company.

I have been using HB Home/HB McClure for 3 plus years. I am a Home owner in York County area. . Recently needed root removal from my sewer lateral. Verne H was great! This team is very professional, answered all questions worked closely with the Public Township sewer team. Communication was great. Professional, courteous and gave plenty of options moving forward. They also put in a new HVAC system in my home this year. HBHOME offers yearly maintenance plans which I would recommend to purchase. Eric W. is their project manager.He was my first point of contact and since I have used them before he had a record of all projects they completed at my home over the years. That is important so they know ahead of time where, what, when then how to approach any problem.
Can't say enough about this company. I have recommended them to several people and neighbors.
