Horrible service.
They came and did a mediocre job. They repaired a broken pipe and we understand they had to dig front yard and part of the driveway. But our issue is how they left the place.
First they left the hole open after the job. We had to call several times to have the come and close it.

Then they said they needed to wait TWO weeks until the ground settles. Fine. The problem is that it's been TWO MONTHS and we've been calling every week and we get the same ass response. ""Manager will call you this afternoon""
Mediocre job. They covered the hole in the grass, put the chunks of asphalt on top then added Hey so the grass can grow. Like if grass will grow through the F'ing Asphalt.
Go somewhere else. We are beginning legal actions against them now.

Mike and Paul diagnosed the problem right away. There was no charge for the service under my policy even though what they did was outside the coverage. They were on time and informative. Highly recommend.

This company charges $89 to come to your home. My time slot was 11-3pm. The plumber never shows up. I call at 3:30 and the operator tells me that they are short-staff and she has no clue when they will arrive at my home. So I guess I don't get a courtesy call. I called multiple times and they just say I will call you back. The operator told me if they don't come today then they will reschedule to Friday. Finally a manager calls me back at 8:30 at night to tell me some bogus excuse that they can't make it today. So no apology for wasting a day and missing work. And for some reason they think I am going take a chance again on Friday. Don't give this company your money or time. They will rip you off.

I'm sorry to hear that a lot of yelpers experienced negative outcomes with this company, and I hope that my review will change people's minds about choosing this company. When shit happens, you need someone asap to come fix the problem. We were referred to Haynes Plumbing through our home warranty program. Granted they were late from the proposed window that we were given but I'm just thankful that the situation was finally cleared. Paul was very professional, called me to let me know when he was on his way, introduced himself and I explained the problem. We had a serious backup to the point where shit was flowing everywhere like a river. For those of you who have experienced this, I'm sure you can understand our pain. Paul has a funny sense of humor, knowledgeable and explains things in detail. If you experience a plumbing issue, I highly recommend Paul!!!

The plumber came out for what was to be an $89 service call, assessed the situation in 10 minutes and then said he'd need to tighten up the valves/pipes under the sink. 30 minutes later he tells me he has to go get a part and the job will be $489. I told him I thought that felt high and he said it ""came straight from the boss."" I declined the service and he presented me a bill for $175, which is $89 for the visit and $86 for him to take his wrench and not succeed in doing what he said he would. I think they are dishonest.

Haynes plumbing was recommended to me but apparently I called this one, which was not the Haynes plumbing I was looking for. This one has a .net address. When the plumber arrived, he told me when he arrived that it was going to cost $289 to snake a drain. I thought his was high but went ahead with it here thinking it was just NOVA. He was here for less than 30 min snaking a drain. After looking this up later, I realized this is ridiculously high price for what they did. The plumber was nice and cleaned up but I don't like feeling like I got taken advantage of price wise for something that was a simple fix and was not an out of the ordinary service wise. I would not suggest having them come out based in their cost. I called to verify this was the correct price for the service and have not heard back...go figure. Lesson learned.

After arriving home from vacation @ 1:30 in the morning, my family came home to water alarms going off & a flooded basement. I immediately turned off the water main & begin calling around for a plumber.

THE GOOD: I was able to reach an operator in the wee hours of the morning & was told someone would call me back first thing in the morning once the business opened & true to their word someone did.

THE BAD: Okay where to begin. The plumber arrives as he said he would, BUT right off the bat is unpresentable, is not in uniform, presents zero identification, ect. Essentially an older gentleman who appears to have just rolled out of bed & doesnt seem like he even wants to be there. However, I reluctantly took him into my home because he was already there & I had to get the pipe fixed so my wife & young daughter could have running water. I took the plumber into where I suspected the leak was coming from & he immediately says ""I dont think its the 1/2 bath, I think its a pipe behind the washer."" Which he was wrong.

Here's where it gets good. He then proceeds to tell me I need to go turn on the water main so he can see where the leak is coming from. Mind you, my basement has several inches of freezing water in it & the water main valve is in the basement. He then looks @ me & says ""well Im not going down there & getting wet."" Appalled I reply, ""what, do you want me the homeowner to go down there, dont you have waterproof boots, isnt this part of fixing the pipe / plumbing?"" His only reply was, ""no they dont give me boots & Im not going down there.""

Over the course of the next 30-45 mins I had to take my shoes & socks off, roll up my pants & tredge through freezing temps because he wouldnt. Once he did find the leak I said how much will it be. NOTE: As a homeowner for several years, Ive used legitimate plumbing companies before so I know what is fair pricing. He said it'll be $689. I asked him where that price came from, whats the hourly rate Im paying ect. His only reply was its flat rate / by the job. I immediately told him there's no way Im paying that & thats outrageous to even quote a customer such a high price for a simple job. Again though, because of my dire situation, I very hesitantly said ""how about $500, thats the most Im willing to pay."" He said he would need to check w/ his supervisor Chris. Within seconds of telling Chris I offered $500 I heard Chris the supervisor say ""yup, $500 is good."" Wierd they change their prices so dramatically within seconds, right?

After discovering the source of the leak, which was in fact where I originally told him I suspected it was, he proceeded to tear into my wall very sloppy & when I asked him to minimize the drywall damage, his reply was ""its gotta be replaced anyways."" Well guess what, it didnt. I found this out today after showing it to an extremely professional & legitimate plumber as well as the water restoration team that specializes in water damage. Both professionals agreed the plumber was very slopSo who knows how much this plumber & ultimately Haynes Plumbing costs me in drywall repair, paint, ect.

But it gets even better. This supervisor ""Chris"" calls the plumber back about 15 minutes later (I can hear everything) & says $500 is too low, charge him your original quote. The plumber tells his supervisor ""we cant do that, you already agreed to $500."" I then hear Chris the supervisor say agressively, ""fine, but hurry up we got more jobs."" Very unprofessional again, right? After the plumber gets off the phone I tell him, ""you know, that was very unprofessional for him to call you in the middle of a job & say all that. You wont have many returning customers like that."" The plumbers reply you might ask. ""Oh, Chris doesnt care about that.""
At this point Ive just about lost it, but of course I have to pay this guy because now he's fixed my pipe. I reluctantly have my wife write him the check & he was happily on his way. After he left I went back down to look @ what he had done & what do u know, he didnt clean up after himself. Drywall, insulation, the whole 9 yards is just all over...not anything was picked or swept up.

WARNING: I do not in a million years recommend Haynes Plumbing to anyone.

I did just call to file a complaint & was basically told, ""hmm, thats wierd so & so plumber is usually really good."" I told the person on the phone my main issue wasnt so much with the plumber himself, but with the outrageous pricing that can change in an instant as well as this supervisor guy named Chris who I have no clue as to why anyone in their right mind would hire him to be in charge of others.

Overall an absolutely horrible experience & again look elsewhere for your plumbing needs, this company as far as Im concerned is horrible. Lastly, lets see if Haynes Plumbing pays any attention to these reviews & even attempts to remediate the situation, as most reputable companies will do - because they actually care & want you to return as their customer.

Stay away from this company! I repeat, Stay away! My landlord hired these people to come and unclog a drain and they were very unprofessional. They left the entire bathroom a complete mess. Not only did they leave mud/ sewage reminents on the floor but they got material on the walls, sink and door. Then as they were exiting the home they left black fingerprints on the front door and sewage drips on the front steps. When I called to complain they immedietly stated that they did not cause this problem and would do nothing to clean it up. Needless to say I am disgusted at the level of profesionalism this company displays. The flood that they came to service was clear water and there was no sewage/mud anywhere else in the flooded area so I know the sewage./ mud that was left behind is from the ""work"" that they conducted. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will also be contacting the plumbing union of the gentlemen that came out to let them know how unprofessional they are.

The service was AWFUL! I purchased a $100 voucher on living social for an indoor drain snake. The plumber came to my residence did not show an identification or otherwise identify himself. I had to ask him if he was with Haynes Plumbing. Although I paid for an indoor drain snaking, the plumber spent the better part of the time telling me that my drain did not need snaking, that I would have to sign a waiver in order for him to snake my drain, etc. And then after he reluctantly snaked my drain, he snake it for 10 minutes and told me that there was nothing blocking the drain despite the fact that the water is draining slowly. I would not recommend this company and suggest that you do not utilize their service.

I pick them because of living social coupon. They are absolutely overpriced. Even with the coupon, their price is much expensive than other company. Not recommended
