What turned out to be a very difficult situation was expertly diagnosed, cleverly managed by an expert team of professionals to a positive conclusion despite very hot/humid weather conditions. Bobcat operator was exceptional and performed a dig in a tight grassy area bypassing the more obvious option of using the wide driveway with paver bricks that would add additional time for removal and preservation of the pavers and added expense by us to then replace the pavers. Could not be more positive in recommending Haynes for future jobs.
They showed up on time and were very courteous and exceeded our expectations. A great Homeserve asset.
Zadia H.Haynes was assigned to my claim by HomeServe insurance. Estimator arrived on time; he quickly diagnosed my water main issue and turned off the water to avoid nuisance to community. Understanding the urgency of the matter, the pushed me up in schedule and repaired the line the same day. Good communication; pending confirmation on WSSC inspection and repack dirt. Would use them again.
This company has the WORST customer service, and NO respect for your time. If you want customer service this isn't the company for you.
The lady answering the phone was rude and seem like I was annoying her for asking questions. The plumber showed up two hours after scheduled window (8-12)-no courtesy call to let me know they were running late. I called to inquire at 12:30; was told he was on his way. By 1:30 I had to head out. The plumber calls me after 2:00 saying he seating in front of my house. Reschedule for the next day waited another 4 hours.
The plumber told me that a back hoe needs to be used, and that damages might occur to my fence, and they not responsible for any damages. That sounded crazy to me. ""Come fix a problem to cause another problem""- I couldn't comprehend this logic, and I felt they didn't deserve my business.
THIS COMPANY CAN'T BE TRUSTED.
Mike did a wonderful job he was courteous and was able to fix a problem which two other plumbers were unable to do. He open up the main drain on a Saturday. He was pleasant and took care of our problem. We will use them again for sure!
Good experience will use again. I didnt have any communication issues like some said. I was more mad at the pipe in my house causing my headache.

One day they scheduled us from 8am to 12pm. I took a leave from work for that day. Woke up early & waited for hours but NO ONE showed up. No phone call or communication. It was very rude and disrespectful of my time.
We rescheduled for another day the following week 3:30pm. The representative was apologetic what happened last time and said this time
they will call 30 minutes before 3:30pm. I rushed to go out from my work, returned their call at 2:47 the person hang up (rude) and then another person called and said since I didn't pick up the phone the plumber was redirected to another job. Again so disappointing! Look! I returned back the call at 2:47pm and I'm home by 2:54pm. This company is very unreliable! No respect on people's time and rude customer service! When I scheduled for 3:30pm I mean it because I have a word of honor! Stay away from this company!
Took time off from work to wait for plumber. Didn't show up -- didn't call. They sent an email, which we just happened to see!
The thing speaks for itself.
I have HomeServe plumbing insurance through WSSC, and they use this company as their contractor. Big mistake. Their work is ok for simple jobs like snaking a drain, but it's very hard to get them to come out for a service call. They will call once at some point, not leave a message, and then move on to someone else. Fortunately, I don't have to deal with their inflated prices because of the insurance.

They came and did a mediocre job. They repaired a broken pipe and we understand they had to dig front yard and part of the driveway. But our issue is how they left the place.
First they left the hole open after the job. We had to call several times to have the come and close it.
Then they said they needed to wait TWO weeks until the ground settles. Fine. The problem is that it's been TWO MONTHS and we've been calling every week and we get the same ass response. ""Manager will call you this afternoon""
Mediocre job. They covered the hole in the grass, put the chunks of asphalt on top then added Hey so the grass can grow. Like if grass will grow through the F'ing Asphalt.
Go somewhere else. We are beginning legal actions against them now.
