The Hawkins Service crew, led by Tim, came out within 48 hours after my call to repair a leaking pool solar panel. Wham-Bam they repaired it expertly in 25 minutes. A great experience. I highly recommend this firm.

AC system locked in full heat mode following a short power interruption. This is the same issue as the thermostat recall. Software was updated two weeks ago, did not discover any error codes. AC system now working after circuit breakers were reset. Evidently the supposed software fix does not solve the reported issues. We will continue to monitor system function and report any additional failures. Is Daikin planning to repair or replace the recalled thermostat?

Geo was our technician and he was fabulous! he found black mold that 2 previous technicians and a home inspector missed! was quick to get started to rectify the problem. timely and efficient, as well as professional. Highly recommend him, he will be our technician moving forward!

Hawkins is always my first choice for service on all my pool systems, heaters, pumps, lights and water features. I highly recommend Kris and Sean for service techs. these gentlemen are professional, courteous, on time and communicate quite well. I find that Kris is very knowledgeable and provides excellent service. Kris and Sean take the time to explain the use of systems and make you understand the type of repair and why it's necessary. Hawkins installed all my pool systems, added sub panels for me and reran wiring though out my house and installed my hybrid water heater. I highly recommend Hawkins for all your service needs.

This review in no way reflects the service technician who was phenomenal! The problem was when the General manger yelled at me and called me a liar. I was told when I scheduled my appointment that the $89 visit fee would be applied to any work I had done. When the bill was presented, the $89 was not taken off, it was added to the work done. The technician called the General manger who proceeded to yell at me and say I was ABSOLUTELY NEVER told this. The technician reviewed the call notes and I in fact WAS told the $89 service fee would apply to any repairs. Being the honest person I am, I paid the corrected bill immediately. However, I will NEVER use Hawkins Service again and be subjected to bait and switch tactics and being yelled at by an unhinged general Manager.

We had Hawkins come out for the 2nd time this year due to our AC not working. Scott C was exceptional! He laid out our options and was quick with his service. He was knowledgeable and took the time to show us what was needed. Im so happy with the service provide top down. Hawkin is the only AC company I will be using.

The installation of my Paradise grill unit was very well handled by Hawkins who first came to evaluate the job and prepare the quote. Contrarily to other contractors who could only do the water connection of the sink or the gas connection of the BBQ. Hawkins is certified to do both types of connection. They maybe not the cheapest but their personnel is knowledgeable and very professional.

This company not only didn't fix the problem the took me for $600.00. They said I had a leak so they did some dye to find it and would be back in a week. They never came back. A few days ago, the problem happened again. It was in the air handler and not even outside where they dyed it. It had too much water in the pipe and it was shorting out. Simple fix only this time I wasn't charged anything close to his price. I called him and requested a refund with a promise he would. HaHa I bought in to it. you cannot trust them at all. even if you could, they're over priced. Buyer beware!!!

The service was quick. I called and got an appointment the same day. The service person was polite and friendly. I need my service done so I didn't have time to call around to get pricing but I was a little surprised at the cost.
