I have a 3 month old pool. The pump went out. I have waited 3 weeks for my pool to get fixed. If it was the middle of the summer. I would have had a swamp in my brand new pool. The service manager did not care at all about my property. Run from this company

Do not recommend at all. We had a pool and hot tub installed by Sekas Custom Pools. Two months later the hot tub stopped worked, the day we had people over ! Frustrating as this time of the year in Florida when its a bit chilly is when we would like to get most use of the hot tub. So we called Sekas Pool who opened a work order with Hawkins (on 21 Nov) and gave us a phone number to follow up. We called Hawkins the next day and were told they have a backlog and it wont be until 1-3 Dec when someone can come out to repair. So, we arranged for people to come over on 4th Dec. I then call Hawins on 1st Dec to check when someone would be coming out, i was advised that now it was likely to be the week after. I explained the situation that i had been advised previously 1-3 Dec and had arranged a party on the 4th Dec. I was told that they would check with scheduling and call me right back. I never got a call back so i called Friday morning (today 3 dec), and spoke to Janette, she looked up my details and told me that a work order had not even been created!! Apparently they entered my home address in wrong ! I don't understand why that was not picked up the previous two times i called, anyway she advised me there was no way they were going to send someone out today. So, another week without the hot tub and having to cancel the party now. Hawkings has not been professional in dealing with me, they didn't call back when they said they would and they didn't meet their timeframes for fixing the issue. If you have a choice i would avoid them.

HSC is our go to company for our pool and air conditioner. Each tech we have had has been wonderful. We had an issue with the fans on our air conditioner unit and knew they we're on there last breath. HSC orders them and with in a few days they arrived. Scott, showed up and install them quickly and the unit is purring like a kitten again. Scott was kind and efficient. Highly recommend HSC.

Pool /spa repair. The scheduling department has room to improve. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. There needs to be a better computer system maybe. I don't know their scheduling system but there must be something better to organized appointments and follow up with clients. Anyway. Robert the pool spa expert is professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, communicates well, and has already diagnosed and repaired several of the issues with my spa. I had been neglecting it and other issues at the house. He has also notified me of what he is going to order and when he will probably be receiving the products and repair the remainder of the issues. He informed me of all possibilities and potential pricing. He also will be communicating with the electricians at Hawkins services working with lighting to fix my lighting issues hopefully this week. I will update on that as well. I can't wait to have it all fixed and I feel confident with Robert on my side. Thank you Robert and Hawkins services

The technicians were wonderful, prompt and friendly. I was charged $169. to install a $7. Light switch Part that took less than 2 minutes. Ridiculous, I'm disappointed.

This company should be called """"the Runaround Service Company"""".....which is what they do .......give you the runaround when it comes to scheduling your work. I call about at the beginning of April about a pool light problem....in which they responded """" will be about 2 weeks before we can get a crew out, have to order the parts. Well now that the parts are in and they tell me now it's going to take 4 weeks of so to get a crew out. My question is why was my work order pushed out (now 4 weeks!!!) if it was placed 2 weeks ago. Very poor work scheduling management.

Called 2 weeks ago to schedule a service call. They took my info and simply said ok. I said, alright well when are you coming out? """"Sometime next week, we'll let you know the day before."""" That's great, except I work and this seems like pretty poor planning. As you guessed it, I received no call last week and no repair man. Don't waste your time on their waiting game. Find someone else.

Hired them to hook up gas to my new double oven via referral from Teco. Tech showed on time and did the job. Or so I thought. Oven kept having issues heating up, the stove top did not cook well, so I finally called GE. Their tech told me that the incorrect orifices were installed, meaning they installed Liquid propane ones instead of natural gas. Worse yet, the oven came with natural gas orifices, but changed them to liquid propane. The oven came with the correct ones. Tech from GE tells me the parts should have been saved behind the oven. They weren't. So, now I have to wait a couple of weeks for the correct parts. My oven is simply unusable right now. Inexcusable!

Was reluctant with the bad reviews but used them anyway. Super nice and communicated every step of the way. Had them replace a pool light and although they quoted the wrong type of light over the phone, they had one with them and it was swapped out no problem. I never had to pay anything until the job was done. John came out and was very friendly and talked me through what they would be doing and when he was done showed me how to program the light. I would not hesitate to use them again.

So, back in August I had a gas leak going to my pool equipment. Called Hawkins and gave my cc info to pay a service call. They recommended replacing the gas line. Fine. They did the work while I was out of town. The technician kindly left my pool equipment in service mode so I returned to an algae mess. Ok. Good service is hard to find. Fast forward to yesterday. I get a vmail and text. """"Hi Mr. Owens my name is Joe I'm with the hawkins service company um I'm part of the collections department and I need to find out what's going on with an invoice that um we did for you back in August um we did some gas work at your residence in which _ we installed a petri __ on the on the house __ pipe through the attic to the other side of the house and went to an underground underground and brought gas to your pool heater there's an invoice for $1250 has not been paid my next step is to lean your property and we really don't want to do that..."""" Never got a bill. Just a nice threat that I'm responsible for their billing incompetence. Won't use them again.
