This company is working next door on a commercial space to our offices. Their container/rolloff dumpster overflowed and all their junk is now blocking sidewalks and debris is everywhere in the area. I spoke with Mike who insisted its not their problem and blamed the homeless. I explained the street was clean when you started and its his responsibility to clean it up before they leave. He blatantly retorted. Not our problem. This company has no respect for neighbors or the aina. If you need a commercial plumber..look elsewhere. He cant even follow the rules of Aloha rolloff as they overflowed their rolloff. Just disrespectful to neighbors and concerns. Do NOT recommend this company.

I'm not sure how good or how bad they are person I spoke to over the phone from the start was in a hurry and got bothered by having to repeat email and just a bad from star soo going somewhere else communicate is key for me..

My building is undergoing a major re-piping project... very invasive, but such is the nature of a job of this caliber. At the end of the day, I had a good personal experience with this company. Ample notice was repeatedly given and tasks pretty much stayed on schedule as outlined to the residents. Friendly, helpful workers and the project manager was always on hand to address issues and provide updates. They showed appreciation for my patience and cooperation and I in turn had no problem giving them my trust to enter my home. I was provided with conscientious follow-ups and final checks with superiors when the job was done!

This review is for the HVAC side of HPG. Installed the Mitsubishi M-series split system about six weeks ago. Two compressors and five air handlers. It was a pleasure working directly with the owner Kimo upon referral from a friend who had recently installed a single split system. I was very pleased with the attentive response from HPG as it was he start of the busy time for AC installs. Many other Diamond contractors were difficult to get a hold, didn't respond, or seemed to be in it for the sales. HPG spent the time to discuss the system layout, cost, and to address concerns and make sure the customer was satisfied with the work. I believe HPG had about a year as a Diamond contractor, however their HVAC crews had decades of experience in the industry as installers. It was less than two weeks upon signing contract before starting work. Installers were very courteous and let me know when they were arriving and departing the work site. Installers discussed their plans before making penetrations in the walls. Installers took pride in their work and paid attention to he details for a neat and clean installation. Upon completion of work they quickly addressed an issue with one of the air handler's mounting plate that came off of its wall anchor.

I'm glad to have the system installed and have been actively using the system during this hot and muggy summer. System performs well as designed and is very quiet as advertised. I look forward to continue working with HPG to provide maintenance services on my system.

I have since referred a friend to Kimo who is currently having a system installed there.

When your AOAO selects the contractor for a full building re-pipe project, you don't have much choice as a resident but boy am I glad our AOAO chose Hawaii Plumbing Group. The team is amazing. From the on-site manager (Peter) to the crew (Nick, Johnny, Jonathon, Eric, Junior, Mikey, Gomer, and so many more) they are professional, respectful, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. They were constantly communicating and ahead of schedule. They were also able to correct plenty of other problems they encountered along the way.

In our unit, they had to remove multiple walls as well as completely gut a guest bathroom to replace the aging and failing pipes behind the walls. It's a major project and (of course) a major inconvenience when you live and work in the unit. Despite all of that, they put everything back together so expertly that you can't tell that they were ever here. They're hard-core about cleanliness and protecting your belongings and family.

We've been through major projects before but this was BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE that we've ever had with a massive retrofit. Thank you HPG!

So many of the buildings in Urban Honolulu are due soon for these large-scale projects over the next few years. If your building is undergoing this work, I would strongly encourage you to use Hawaii Plumbing Group.

I have always relied on Yelp to get the feedback when I need to find out how good a restaurant really is or a place where I plan to conduct business. I am writing in to compliment the workers and the Management team at the Hawaii Plumbing Group HPG. My condominium apartment was approaching 45yrs old, and our Bldg Association forewarned us owners last year in 2015, that a complete internal plumbing retro-fit would be needed in the Spring of 2016. It was something I was not looking forward to because other friends had told me as to how invasive and inconvenient it would be. I am here to tell you that HPG, and their Team of competent and skilled workers displayed the kind of professionalism that I thought was long gone. Any questions or problems was handled properly by site HPG Manager "Peter" who made things right. Yes, the work required involved a lot of hard work, cutting into walls, drain pipe removal and their replacement, Finally , to replace and repaint, the removed sections of drywall, and the reinstalling all of the bathroom fixtures, ie vanities, and mirrors. I'm here to say, that all of that was done, with special care not to damage any of the home furnishings in the unit, and to leave each day, only after the work was performed satisfactorily, and the area cleaned up completely.The total work was done in less than 9days. My sincere appreciation and thanks to the Hawaii Plumbing Group, I am happy to refer you.

When i got my estimate from shaun the ac guy he had excellent customer serviceand knows his shit and gave me an awesome estimate. I would definitely recommend him to everyone of my friends. Hands down excellent guy!

HPG did a great job on removing everything out of my two bathrooms, upgraded our plumbing and put everything back together better than before!

HPG did a fantastic job replacing all the plumbing in our unit recently. They are doing a huge job at Mott Smith Laniloa and everyone working for them is super-courteous and capable. In addition to the plumbing work they were amenable to fixing any related problems that cropped up, like scuffs on the wall. Top rating! Shout out to project manager John as well as Oleg and Nick in particular.

This morning I dropped my wallet somewhere out side Joes Grill Express in the parking lot and one of the HPG Crew members found it and turned it into their office manager who call my BOH Office and had them contact me!

I called Margret and she explained what happened. I met her at the office and she handed me my wallet fully intact!

God bless this establishment! The Aloha spirit is well and alive here on Oahu!
