They brought their own entrance rug for their shoes. Wore company uniforms and had masks on. Looked clean and ready to work. They assessed the problem and determined that it didn't need fixing yet. Explained why the problem seemed to have resolved itself- for the moment, but will provide me with estimate for possible future work. Did not charge us for the visit. But left a very good impression. Will definitely consider them for future repairs. Also learned I should call professional plumbers for plumbing work.

They quickly assessed the leak and informed me I needed to replace faucet. The hoses were part of the original faucet set and not replaceable. Instead of me going out to find a new faucet for the above counter basin, they offered to find a new faucet and return to install. Gave me a quote and then left. Came back with perfectly matching new faucet and installed for me. Although it was not cheap, it was worth the cost. Would use them again. Very pleased with their work. They were very neat and cleaned up after they were done. Even laid a red carpet outside the door. Classy move.

when a business states FREE quotes, this is one of the few who are true ! super quick response, friendly and patient!! Jack took time out to hear my story and send pictures to figure out what i was looking at and options available. i know most businesses like this are super busy and time is valuable, but he made time and gave me upfront details which almost never a company likes to do cause then all the works done tryna look up things. people who give freely are truly the best ! big heart i say especially now during these hard times!!! mahalo Jack!!

I am sorry about my previous review as it was correct at the time but is in no way correct now. Maybe I just got them at a bad time. I requested this company to do another Job in late OCT 2020 and it is still not completed. Very poor communications and always blaming someone else. From his phone dying because he was at the hospital all night to dropping his phone in the toilet, to a counter guy ordering the wrong part. I do understand things happening but the communications have been very poor. After they finally went out this to the home this is the comment I received in December. ""The shower valve one we had to special order the part. The counter guy ordered the wrong part so I had to go in to reorder it. We're just waiting for it to come into Oahu. They said will take probably 2-3 weeks. Soon as it comes in, we'll be right over to replace it. Unfortunately, it's a super old valve and cartridge and not something you can just pick up locally at a store or supply house. UPDATE as of 18 DEC 2020 from Jack."" OK I get it and this could happen. I sent a text to get an update on 18 Jan 2021, 30 days later, and they did not reply. Then I sent a text and tried to call on 27 JAN 2021 for an update. No response. The work finally got scheduled for 10 FEB 2021 and the vendor was a no show and did not call. This left the tenant home all day from work without as much as I'm sorry or a call or a text. I sent a text to talk to owner of company on 11 FEB and he states he was out of town for 7 days and doesn't yet know why it was not done. Mind you I've been talking to the same guy this entire time. On 12 and 13 FEB I have left voice messages and texts to get an update and I get no response, no text, no voice messages, nothing. At this point I have wasted almost 4 months and the job is still not done. I am beyond frustrated and have been pretty understanding but at some point, I have think they don't have any intention of doing this job. If you prove to me that I am wrong I will happily take down the review and write an apology, but as a property manager I keep notes on any conversation that takes place and these are my notes. I'm glad others have not had this issue with your company. My first experiences were great and I gave them 5 stars. Lesson learned is never to rate a company on one experience.

Very helpful and efficient for my water heater removal and installation. Answered all my questions and concerns and gave me a variety of price options to work with while other companies gave me only one price quote. Very friendly staff and even though I was busy with my duties, they were able to still get everything done quickly despite the limited space that they were given. This was for a restaurant business and I will definitely give them another call if I encounter any other issues in the future.

I bought a home with a unique water heater set up and was in need of a new heater and the location of the heater moved within my home. I had cast a net for quotes here on Yelp as I did not want to sit around making numerous telephone calls. Jack, with Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad was the only company who was able to provide me a quote via this channel and text messaging. The other quote I had received was over three times what I paid with HDCS. Needless to say I was happy to support HDCS. Jack arrived within the time block specified, was curious, professional and very transparent in his communication. As a result I have asked HDCS to do additional water heater work. I highly recommend HDCS for plumbing needs.
