I bought a home with a unique water heater set up and was in need of a new heater and the location of the heater moved within my home. I had cast a net for quotes here on Yelp as I did not want to sit around making numerous telephone calls. The other quote I had received was over three times what I paid with HDCS. Needless to say I was happy to support HDCS. Jack arrived within the time block specified, was curious, professional and very transparent in his communication. As a result I have asked HDCS to do additional water heater work. I've found a family Plummer. I've never had plumbing problems in my home. After having one Plummer and the septic tank drained, the problem still persisted. Jack and his team came in and found the problem and worked with me over the next 3 days. He had a busy schedule but was able to work me in and resolved the problem. Not only did he educate me on my sewage system on my property, but I've also booked him for work on one of my other properties. Very reasonable pricing, and yet you can't put a price on peace of mind. I knew nothing about the layout of my property sewage system, but Jack and the team showed more about the property than I ever knew. You're in great hands with this team.

They could not change my sink YET but the customer service has already been excellent. Situations dealing with plumbing can be very stressful and they already have made it less stressful for me. The communication is excellent. Everything is explained well. They came to my house to change the sink & couldn't because I needed to shut down the water in our complex. So they said they would talk to my property manager for me and get that set up. Which is one less thing I have to worry about, which is great. Great service already.
