Jack fixed our kitchen pipes in December 2019. I like him. This is his own business so he's invested in its success and doing good work. He's efficient, communicated clearly about what was needed and why, and charged fairly. I have more work I plan to use his company for in the coming months. He also educated me about a better way shut-off valves should be installed for a dishwasher installation and the drainage function of an air-gap for the dishwasher. Mine didn't have one. He knows his stuff and has years of experience. Support this family business.

At 1st Jack was prompt and did the job. TheN he kept no show no call so I got up set. I called some of the other people that bid on my job and they critiqued the job that he did so I got rid of him. If he didn't refund some of the money it would be negative feedback. Bye gones...

My water heater was 20 yrs old, and I'm certain it was costing me plenny $$ each month, so it was time for an upgrade. Jack was really helpful and patient throughout this process, answering all my questions in as much detail as I asked for. (My process involves a lot of research, a lot of questions, a lot of time before I make a move) He gave pros and cons to my options, but let me choose what I wanted at the end - a 50 gal hybrid water heater. He was able to schedule an install in a matter of days and showed up when he said he would. He and John were nice and very professional - even my dog didn't bark at them for too long. LOL. He has a 2 year warranty, but I really hope I never have to use it. Oh, and he hauled away the old heater too. All for one very reasonable fee. In conclusion, loved how hard he worked before I committed, loved how hard he worked after I committed, love how hard he has worked even after he left (I had a small issue with getting my energy rebate). I will definitely call him again for future plumbing jobs!

They are clearly organized, methodical experts that have the best tools and understand their trade. They made a mistake by booked my us on a holiday, but made good on their promise! I was initially impressed with Hawaii Drain Cleanjng Squad; Jack seemed very knowledgeable and confident in his ability to fix the sewage smell coming from my bathtub drain. He even came out once, scoped the drain and had a plan to fix the issue. From then on, however, HDCS became flakey. They were waiting for a good-weather day since they'd be scoping from a roof vent. Jack kept rescheduling me on marginal weather days, and on one good weather day simply didn't show up. My wife had rearraanged her work schedule to be home for the job, and Jack didn't text that he wouldn't be coming until well after his scheduled arrival time. The final time he rescheduled us, he again simply didn't show up, with no call or text since. Multiple phone calls and texts have gone unanswered, he seems to have ghosted my job. Think twice before you put your faith in HDCS!

They were fast! Spot on with their service. Thoroughly explained what was going on and did efficient work! Took credit card, check, or cash too as an option! Email invoices but texted with updates when the service was enroute to when it completed! Would recommend them for sure!!

Being an out-of-state landlord, I had only one day to figure out my home's plumbing issue. Called Jack, and he arrived within about 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and helped me locate my hidden clean out valves, one of which is buried approx 3ft deep. Highly recommend, will continue to use in future. Really appreciate the professionalism and sincerity.

I had a problem with my toilet the past few months and needed it checked out. HDCS came to the job and solved my toilet completely. There was so much wrong with my toilet that he recommended to get a new one altogether, because it would be cheaper in the end, and I totally agreed. Very professional and friendly, as well as knowledgeable on his work. I also had a few other requests while he was there, and he gladly helped. Definitely will be hiring them again next week for another job. 100% recommended them!

When it rains it pours. As some of you who follow my reviews, you can see that a lot of my reviews have been on contracting businesses. Lots of things to fix in my house and I don't trust my YouTube DIY skills at all. I highly recommend all of you to not trust yours either and just call a professional. Called this company because I needed to change my basin faucet. I sent out quotes on yelp and this company was by far the most reasonable in price and also quick to respond. Booking everything was really easy. They send you an estimate by email and brief description of job. Then on the day of, they send you a text to let you know they're coming and haven't forgot about you. Once here, everything went very smooth with no problems. They also gave me advice on how to avoid plumbing disasters in the future. For me I had no issues with anything from the start till the end so I would definitely use them again.
