I wish I could give the company better words. Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad came out for a sewer video inspection. I paid immediately. The USB they used was corrupted, and they admitted I was not the first to receive a faulty USB Drive. They refused to pickup or respond over a period of two weeks after multiple attempts to call, text, and phone. We had no pictures of video proof of the inspection, which was part of the contract. We scheduled a redo, but they not only failed to show, but had not sent any reason, apology, or followup. Unfortunately, my experience was lacking in professionalism. Due to this experience, I cannot trust or recommend this company. I had to hire someone else to complete the job.

Jack has a very comfortable manner. Arrived as scheduled and quickly found the problem we were having with our solar water heater. I thought the cost to repair was very reasonable. I will call HDCS with our next plumbing problem.

Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad is beyond great. They responded to my quote request on Yelp at 11:00pm, I was shocked. Jack came out the next day, right on time. My drain was a bit challenging, Jack worked so hard to get it unclogged. After about an hour he finally got it unclogged. He was so friendly and positive the entire time. He even gave us some tips on how to prevent future clogs. I highly recommend this company to everyone! Thank you so much Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad!

Sent out a mass message for quotes, HDCS was the first to reply! They are professional and friendly!! Made an appointment to come out within a day or two. Courteous, clean, friendly, and thorough! If I have any more plumbing problems I'm calling them only!! I'm also recommending to friends on the island!!

I was shopping around for plumbers . This company was super helpful and the response was always fast . They couldn't come the day I had problems because they were booked . Today they came jack and matt. And jacks is really awesome and explaining what was done what needs to be done. They cleared what they could and he even gave me a discount on his price : he also cleaned up very well and gave me free estimate on the jetting that needs to be done at the bathroom toilet. I would recommend them for plumbing needs . Awesome job !

They brought their own entrance rug for their shoes. Wore company uniforms and had masks on. Looked clean and ready to work. They assessed the problem and determined that it didn't need fixing yet. Explained why the problem seemed to have resolved itself- for the moment, but will provide me with estimate for possible future work. Did not charge us for the visit. But left a very good impression. Will definitely consider them for future repairs. Also learned I should call professional plumbers for plumbing work.

They quickly assessed the leak and informed me I needed to replace faucet. The hoses were part of the original faucet set and not replaceable. Instead of me going out to find a new faucet for the above counter basin, they offered to find a new faucet and return to install. Gave me a quote and then left. Came back with perfectly matching new faucet and installed for me. Although it was not cheap, it was worth the cost. Would use them again. Very pleased with their work. They were very neat and cleaned up after they were done. Even laid a red carpet outside the door. Classy move.
