Such a great guy. Mark was incredibly helpful and VERY patient with me fluctuating schedule. Came over to do the repairs and was super friendly and professional. The guy totally knows his stuff and his work was very well done. Cleaned up after himself really well and didn't leave any crap behind.

Mark Haugen came out to check a garbage disposal that wasn't working under a home warranty plan. He hit the reset button and seemed to working fine but then went through the process of checking to make sure everything was in order. During the process he found a sink leak that he repaired immediately and then identified a leak in the garbage disposal which he then replaced. This all was done within an hour - very professional, cautious of my wood floors and friendly. I will definitely use Haugen Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with Haugen Plumbing. After being assigned a different plumbing company through our home warranty, the other company disappeared, leaving us with a leaky water heater and potential damage to our home. Our warranty re-assigned us to Mark late on a Thursday afternoon. He called right away and was able to come out first thing the next morning to look at the water heater. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention very friendly and personable. Not only did Mark interact seamlessly with the warranty company, but he also made the necessary adjustments to make our water heater as efficient as possible for our home. We first called Mark out years ago when our kids flushed too many wipes and clogged the toilet (twice). Mark has since fixed a ruptured water main in the front yard underneath a concrete walk way, he came out prior to some yard construction and located the underground gas line for our contractor, and fixed a leaky gas line. Most recently we had a running toilet upstairs that I attempted to shutoff the angle stop valve at the wall. The valve was so old the knob broke off in my hand and started leaking onto the floor. Mark rushed right out and shut the water off, had the valve replaced in minutes. He always shows up quickly and is clean, professional, total perfectionist. Charges very fair price for his experience and level of service. We just ordered a water filtration system from him and can't wait until it arrives and gets installed. I couldn't agree more with the comments on this page. Mark is a true professional who will give you the good or bad news in a straight forward manner. He came to my house to replace fixtures in my sinks and shower. He was quick, careful and left no mess. He was flexible with the times I was available and was easy to work with.
