Recommended Customer Reviews
Florence H.I am so pleased with the professionalism that all the technicians and workers showed me during the installation of my new Lennox home heating and cooling systems. Happy that the work was done quickly and effectively during my time of need. The pricing for their quality components was reasonable and easy to finance. I can't wait to see how they approach my plumbing issues as well. The workers even allowed my verbal and happy canine to inspect their work! Recommended, you bet!! A+ rating no joke.
Last used them for plumbing repair. Licenced, knowledgeable plumber evaluated, fixed and offered solution to eliminate issue from reoccurring. Dependable, Practicing Covid Safe protocol.
New home owner, I don't know what the previous owner did. What new home owner ever does know what the previous owner did or didn't do? I called Harp out to fix two showers. They partially fixed just one but then didn't have the remaining part and couldn't fit in the time to get the missing part because then they had to go to the next job. Now one bathroom is leaking even though I haven't used it since, and the other bathroom is only partially fixed.
This company has invested a lot of money in customer service hotlines and fancy apps to tell me where the driver is on the road, but I need an actual plumber that has the time to do the job until it's done. I won't be calling them again.
I've been a customer of HARP Home Services for close to 7 years and have only good to say about them. Service is excellent from office to technicians. I've had normal maintenance, and installations of hot water tank, a/c replacement, and furnace. Courteous, informative, answer all questions and offer help to understand how to make sure you know how your systems work. Highly recommend them.
Had Harp out in November for a heating service and everything was great (left a 5 star review). I had a coupon for a $50 AC service in the spring. Call in April and made the first free appointment for July 13th. July 12th they called to cancel due to the heat. First off all its 72 degrees today, second of all its summer.....not sure what they expect. I am guessing (based on the many other reviewes) if you use a coupon they have no intention of ever coming back out for your second service. They clearly only care about new installs or large emergency jobs.
Anne C.Reasonable prices and fast service. I highly recommend the folks at Harp for all of your Home Services needs.
I have been a loyal customer for approx (12) years. Since it was sold, it has drastically gone downhill. First, I have a ""Priority Partner"" plan. They claim 24 hour emergency service which I tried twice and neither time got a call back. One was for heating and the other was for a plumbing emergency. I have had both my AC and heating system serviced every year by them. Then my boiler was labeled ""Runs Great and clean "" by the service tech in 2019. In 2020 a different service tech wrote up estimates to the tune of $1,800 and listed parts that I had recently replaced. I have been told by one of their service techs that that are required to write up at least (3) service items on every call. This makes me believe they are not interested in long term customer relationships based on good old fashioned trust and honesty. To reach the absolute end for me, I left a message for the Service Manager to call me and have not heard back. I also called on April 30th to have my AC tune up and got a date of August 2nd. AC needs will be just about over. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will find another HVAC contractor to partner with. No need to get a call from Charlie or whoever the Customer Relations Manager is. I'm done.
Rich B.Once again updating my previous reviews. ""Charlie"" responded to both of my ratings, indicating that HARP prides itself on great customer service. His most recent posting was either Sunday night or Monday morning. Thus far, there has been no followup from the Customer Relations Mgr (other than when she called during lunch over a week ago, and was unavailable when I called back an hour-and-a- half later. So either ""Charlie"" was just giving lip service, or there is a disconnect from him to his staff.
To reiterate, I was a long-time customer who had an appt last week for an A/C tune-up. HARP cancelled it partly due to ""an unscheduled absence"". Then told me the next available appt was in the last week of Sept. And they advertise in the regional newspaper that they were scheduling A/C tuneups for $49 ""now"". This is certainly not my definition of ""great customer service"". Do yourself a favor. Avoid this company!
I wrote a message to Charlie H from HARP to call me. He has not called me! I also called HARP and asked to speak to Charlie H. The operator did not know Charlie H....and transferred me to a women's voice mail. I left her a message and she has not called me.
Obviously this company does not care about customers.
My story is repeated below by many others below. I answered an ad in February for a/c work and was given a date of May 22nd. I received a notice the day before to confirm the appointment. The morning of my appointment I get a call to cancel. The next available date is August 20th !!
I was told they were going to be ""busy"" until then.
On another occasion this spring Harp did come out and diagnosed a heating element issue. They had the part back at the shop. Next I get a hard sell on buying a service contract which I politely refused. They have never returned to fix the heating problem and it's been 5 weeks now.
A terrible company based in Wilmington, Delaware under the name of Horizon Services. Consumer Protection Department and Attorney General office should put this ""company"" out of its misery.
