We had a nasty clog on one side of our sink and our disposal also stopped working. Within an hour of me reaching out to the company they sent someone to my house and the issue was resolved only an hour after their arrival! Their prices were fair, they took great safety precautions and were very professional! Didn't get the man's name, but wish I had because he was great.

We have an underground leak outside our house and called Hard Hat. The plumber was very responsive and we got a reasonable quote on the same day within two hours. The plumber was professional, friendly, and instilled confidence that their crew is knowledgeable and does responsible work. Though we ended up choosing a plumber we have used before, we wouldn't hesitate to try them in the future given our good experience.

I have to say working with the team at Hard Hat Plumbing was amazing. We had a main sewer blockage that I discovered late afternoon and Raffi had his technician Michael out within an hour more like 30 minutes. Michael was amazing and a great representative of the company cleared the blockage and cleaned the area which was a very pleasant surprise. He was so professional that I felt at ease and didn't feel I had to even ask what it was going to cost. The price was very fair considering especially that I considered it an emergency. The cost was what it would normally be no excessive amount due to the fact it needed to be done right away. Pleasant surprise number one. Michael sent his team back the following day to run a camera down to diagnose what the issue was and did that at no charge. We knew we had an issue that had been there for years and the job was a big one. I spoke to the owner Raffi about it and how to fix it and he explained it and narrated the camera video explaining it thoroughly and came in at a fair price. 4 days later the team came to do the job and let me tell you each team member knew exactly what to do and had the job done in one day with very little down time on the facilities. The second day was just to fill in the holes and compact the dirt. I have to say unless you knew they did the job there were no signs of such a major job being done. This is the plumber you always wish you could find. Do not hesitate to try them you will be 100% happy. We have found our go to. This is a family owned business and they know how to treat people. We have had so many horrible experiences with plumbers in the past that this was so refreshing. Raffi had picks and clearly trains his people well. A special shout out to Michael he is such an asset to the company and was kind, professional and trustworthy. Raffi is awesome too and frankly the whole team was I didn't catch the other workers names or I would personally thank them also. This is my go to plumber 100% now! I have worked in construction for quite a while, and the most important thing is finding someone you can trust. I didn't tell Raffi and the team that I used to work in this field, and they took the time to explain everything. I trust the team here, they came out and explained everything that was going on, they did not know that I have 20 years of experience in the industry, and they took the time to explain everything step by step. Very happy with the honesty and quality of work. When you need a plumber you don't want to haggle, you want someone who will fix the problem for a fair price.

After a particular difficult confrontation by telephone with the owner, I received a text from him with a picture of our check with VOID written on it. It was NOT something I asked for and I am disappointed with his communication. However, will admit that he is trying to rectify a wrong here and therefore have updated this review and increased the number of stars I initally awarded.

Great response time, great customer service - I had a small matter and they took care of me as if it was a big job.

Most folks don't take the time and do not follow through. It's hard to find folks that keep their word in today's times.
