I had a backup at one of the bathroom sink of one our rental properties during thanksgiving holiday weekend. I called and Ralph was able to help me out. I called sat morning and he was able to come 1pm the same day. Not only did he take care of the blockage, he also noticed that basket drain was leaking just a little bit and fixed it. Ralph did a great job in a timely manner!

Saturday 9am my bathtub refused to drain... and then both toilets backed up ... and then the guest bath started filling with water for no apparent reason... By 11am Carlos was here, by 1pm he was back with new equipment since the problem was pervasive roots in my pipes. He finished fixing my immediate issues by 2:45pm... and is coming back this week to do a larger fix. All this, and super kind & polite & helped me come up with this next fix, to buy more time out of my pipes because I can't afford a replacement.
