I can't even begin to explain how much we love this company. We've used them several times now, but this week was a LOT.

We had a plumbing emergency and they sent someone out within the hour. Aram was so kind to us and honest about what needed to be done. Their quote was more than fair and they did days of work in the rain to fix the issue.

They were super communicative and managed to disrupt us as little as possible (I'm amazed with how they only had us stop using the water in the house for a few hours at a time.)

It ended up being a pretty massive job and I felt like we were in very good hands. We are so grateful to this amazing team!!!

Over the last few months, we have had some urgent and semi-complex plumbing problems. These guys showed up each time - when they said they would - and did excellent work. Problems solved. They are now 'our' plumbers.

Five stars and I keep coming back as a repeat customer. I initially found Hard Hat and its great reviews about a year after I moved into my new home when I found that there was water draining out from under the house into the driveway. As always, I opened my trusty Yelp app. Once I found Hard Hat, it was easy to fill out the forms and get a response from the office right away for an appointment.

Turns out -- and this had been an ongoing issue on my street -- that 100-year old tree roots were blocking the pipes! With negotiations and coupons from the website, Hard Hat's team fixed the problem after a couple of days. That was years ago and have been fine since.

A year after that with some odor in the house, I contacted Hard Hat through the app again. Turns out there was leaking under the house but HH quickly nipped that in the bud. My landlord and I appreciated seeing what happened under there through their scope! Communicative and efficient - we appreciated that.

This year, there was a blockage in the wall that was connected to the kitchen sink. Landlord and boyfriend -- who are handy -- tried to help, but lacked the tools to fix it. Again, I pulled out Yelp, filled out the online form RE: the issue and even uploaded a picture. The office got back to me right away with an appointment for a week later (and had me on a wait list for cancellations).

Fast forward a week and Michael came and was able to quickly open the blockage and some minor issues with the faucet from the inside. He was communicative yet warm with his customer service skills which my landlord and I appreciated! I also appreciated that he was able to text me his ETA being in traffic on a Monday morning!

I also had another issue in the bathroom with a valve and he was able to assist in fixing that as well (I had the part). All in all, if I have any issues again, I'll definitely reach out to Hard Hat and if the task is simple enough, ask for Michael!

I had a toilet fill valve and flapper replaced today since it failed on one toilet causing overflow and another toilet that was going bad as well.

I got a plumber to come out within two hours or less to fix it. Ed was rapid to come, had fair pricing and good service. I'd recommend this company for great service, quality and value.

Ralph and his team are smart, reliable, honest and ethical! I found them through Yelp and haven't been disappointed one time. Where some companies take days to respond and longer to get here, there has never been more than a 24 hour wait to get them here if it's not an emergency. Thankfully, we have not needed them for a crisis but they would be the first to call in case that happens.

We had an emergency saturday night with the kitchen sink not draining properly and called this place the following morning. I spoke to a tech over the phone and he sent Micheal over to assist us! Michael was very punctual, very helpful and knowledgeable on everything with this process and answered all my questions. He was not pressuring at all, and informed us of how old some of the fixtures are and how it could be bad to leave it without new replacements. After some time, we decided to go through with both replacements and he gave us a good price and even got the parts for us that same day. It was all fixed in under 3 hours and he was so very nice during the whole installation process. I strongly recommend him and this company. Give this dude a raise!

Ralph is the BEST! We had a sump pump issue in our ADU. Ralph showed up within an hour of me calling. He was so kind explaining everything to me. The best part being that he fixed it! We will definitely call Ralph again if we have any plumbing issues! Thank you Ralph!
