I was recommended to Ralph by one of my real estate referral partners. After shopping around, the moment Ralph came into our house I got such good vibes. He is very honest and up front which was very important to us. Not only did he give us a great price on the project but he understood the urgency of getting this project done and has his guys working the next morning for us. From what turned out to be something very stressful he was able to help us go through this process smoothly and stress free. they are currently still working on the project but I don't have anything but amazing things to say about him. He is replacing our entire sewer line in our bathrooms and moving the plumbing. He knowledge and advice was exactly what we were looking for. Really happy that I was able to connect with Hard Hat Plumbing. They were able to swap out a busted water pressure regulator the same day late on a Friday. This really saved me a great deal of concern wondering if water would keep leaking out and near my house's foundation.

We have used Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing a few times now but the most recent project was our sewer repair. Even with the delay from city permits they handled everything like the pros they are. I had an excellent experience with Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing. My problem (pinhole leak from a water pipe inside an interior wall) was diagnosed quickly and fixed the following morning. Michael, the technician who was dispatched to do the repair, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Will definitely use these guys again in the future if I have any plumbing needs.

Didn't end of using they're service but let me tell you how professional they are . True to time response rate plus received a phone call to better explain . I'm an apartment renter in san gabriel with old pipes and wanted an RO system . Was advised to be wearing as some filtration systems installation can be flimsy risking leakage. Working 12 hr shifts last thing I need is to come home with a plumbing issue (has happened before and it's a nightmare ) . Thankful for their professional opinion and recommendations. Will be doing a counter top RO system that doesn't require any plumbing . Thanks Raffi , appreciate you! Good businesses give great feedback and transparency!
