I had to replace toilet flange for a new toilet. Carlos came sooner than promised and gave a fair quote on a Saturday. He did a great and thorough job and explained everything at each step. I only have one bathroom so the fact that he was willing to do a late call on a tough job on a Saturday at a lower price than other plumbers speaks volumes.

They are amazing! They redid the sewer in a full day and did it with half the cost of another plumber. The most well orchestrated work I've ever since! Ralph, the owner is a true gentleman! The work was fast and clean:)

I had a leak at my house and needed someone to help figure out where it was right away. Based on the incredible reviews Hard Hat has, I gave them a call. Ralph came out the same day and spent time with me to zero in on the source. He was able to pinpoint the leak, my backyard irrigation, but he doesn't do irrigation work so I will be talking to my gardener. However, even though he spent almost an hour working with me to find the root of the problem, he didn't charge me because he couldn't actually do the work. Throughout, Ralph was extremely professional and worked hard to fix the problem. Thanks Ralph!

5 stars is not nearly enough!!! This company, and in particular Ralph, were so incredibly fantastic to work with from top to bottom. I reached out for a quote to have a ton of plumbing repair work done to a home that we just bought and Ralph responded right away, was very reasonably priced and had his crew out to complete all of the work in just a day's time. They worked fast, clean and thoroughly.

Ralph even went out of his way to monitor another company that was doing work on our home to ensure that they were doing everything correctly. He's a great, honest and fair guy and I will use him for all of my plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone needing plumbing work!

Hard Hat, and in particular the plumber Daniel, was the best experience I've had with a vendor in a long time. They were incredible. Not just prompt, courteous, clean, knowledgable, and articulate, but at the top of the scale on all of those traits. They went above and beyond to help replace a toilet while I continued to work in another room. How often do you have a plumber fix something and the area looks spotless afterwards and they took care where they placed their tools. I can't say enough good things about these guys. If you need a plumber, call them and ask for Daniel.

I don't usually post reviews. But I had a great experience with Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing. This is the company you want fixing any plumbing nightmare you are having. They were so kind, quick, efficient, polite, and fair. I was at home in my pajamas when they arrived, and they could not have been more professional. They showed me the old deteriorated parts that needed to be replaced and that were about to crumble at any moment. I am more than pleased with the results. I could not recommend this company more!
