Harbor Rooter and Plumming was the first company to respond and ask for details to give me an accurate quote. Manny sent me a quote and time when he would show up. I'm a person who values loyalty. And I will choose to believe there are plumbers who feel the same way. Yes, there are many other qualities to be considered when choosing a plumber, but once I find someone that I can trust and lean on when chaos ensue, I consider it a good day.

I used to work with this one plumber. When an expensive install of an unnecessary plumbing component turned out to be his sly way of charging me for unnecessary things, I stopped working with him.

My experience with Manny has been different.

I called and Manny came out to replace a toilet in the house today. Unsurprisingly, there were unforeseen problems that arose, which were verifiably not his doing or his fault, as I had done my research prior. With what he was able to show me, it was crystal clear that it was the previous owner's doing.

He took his time to explain everything, and fixed everything the right way. His prices were more than reasonable, and I was happy to pay. I'm certain that there will be more calls to Harbor Rooter and Plumbing in the future, because he had demonstrated his loyalty to his craft and to his customers.

Count me in as one more of loyal his clients.

Manny at Harbor Rooter is a great plumber, he gives me fair rates with a price upfront before the job is to be done. He has worked on several of my properties, including changing the old piping to new ABS pipes for a kitchen sink, replacing stems and faucets for a shower, and replacing a leaky faucet for a kitchen sink. I highly recommend him as he is more reachable and personable, rather than a large franchise. Thanks!

We had a leak and I called Harbor Rooter & plumbing and they responded right away. They scheduled me an appointment same day only 2 hours later the tech showed up. The tech found the source of the leak and replace the part of the pipe that was leaking. He was in and out completed the job in a timely manners. I was very impressed will his service. The only negative thing and it's really the reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because I really felt like I was really overcharged for the work that was performed.
