I had a leaking sink in my kitchen. It was also clogged up. I contacted Manny and he responded within 10 or 14 minutes. He asked for pictures of under my sink, and was able to provide a quick quote. He came out to my house in a hour. After an in person assessment of the issue, he went to get the parts to replace it all for me. He was courteous, reasonable with price, honest, upfront, and took care of my plumbing needs quickly. He also guarantees his work. I would definitely use again.
