Happy Sam's Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I have ever hired.
They were highly recommended by a friend. They went above and beyond especially because they don't normally service my area in the OC.
When I called Happy Sam's, Al answered promptly. It was a Saturday afternoon and he gave me an appointment for Monday. Later on, he called me to tell me that he had dispatched two of his top plumbers to take care of my needs. I was beyond surprised, excited and grateful. These guys were AWESOME from the moment they walked into my home. Immediately, they assessed the work and took matter into their hands by rerouting the valves so that my new appliances fit flushed to the wall. They were very friendly, professional and they didn't leave me a mess.

As a single mother, I have had to learn to shop around for the best deal and their great prices were the best part!

Al, whom I believe is the owner walked me through everything. He kindly explain what his workers were going to do he even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with the service. I work in the customer service industry and as a result, this kind of attention really blew me away. I was very thankful and blessed for this incredible experience because I do not know much about plumbing.

These guys are AMAZING!!! I called them needing to rent a pump to get the last few inches of water out of my above ground pool. Not only did they come quickly, but they did the job for me and didn't charge me! For no reason at all, just wanted to be kind. It was really amazing. I'm hiring them to come back and do some plumbing and kitchen work for me. Amin is the guy who came and is absolutely wonderful and kind, very friendly and an amazing worker. Al is the main guy, the owner I believe, and is simply wonderful. So accommodating and clearly very caring. Just concerned with getting the job done and giving a great price. I cannot say enough good things about this company and these guys. I will not only be using them more myself in the future, but also recommending them to absolutely everyone I run across!

Sam came out to my property with two others, and helped me to understand the problems I had been experiencing. Turns out, our hard water problem had gunked up the shower, and no major work needed to be done. They taught me a lesson and cleaned out my shower head. When we look into whole-house filtration or some other way to soften our water, I'm going to call Sam first!

Very prompt and competent service to replace a residential water heater. They were out in within a half an hour and did a great job.

Called Happy Sam's after water heater failed. Scheduled an appointment to have water heater inspected. Sam's employees showed up on time and ready to work. The tank was leaking and they confirmed we needed a new tank. Made a phone call, confirmed availability a provided a quote. The price was very fair. The workers went to get replacement heater and parts. Bottom line Happy Sam's did all they said they were going to do in a timely manner at a very fair price. I will definitely use them again! They are very responsive and will not stop until the job is done right. Took them a couple tries at my place, but kept coming back the same day that I let them know the problem still existed. Courteous, professional, and responsive. Will use them again for any future problems.
